It was horrible!!! I put my white coat in to be cleaned, and they even said it would take a little longer than usual because it was white. I came to pick it up but did not wear it right away because the weather was not cold enough for it. When it did get colder and I unwrapped it I was so disappointed!!! My white coat was "dingy", and looked like they washed it at the Laundromat. I had no choice but to wear it because the weather was so cold. Since the weather has warmed up I do not have to wear it however I do not know who to complain to because I am new to the area. I am certainly NOT going back to that cleaners, and will tell all my friends on my social media site who do live here never to go to that cleaners!!! I have never had such poor service!!! I had to give them one star in order to post but wish I could give them none which equals the quality they gave me...

Very Excellent service by the family that runs the business. My shirts seemed to be stained but they assured me of restoring their color. I was impressed on how they looked after they did the cleaning. Wish i would be able to give them more than 5 star because they deserve more. Satisfied customer and would highly recommend anyone to use them. Nick.

Took a suit here that was originally altered somewhere else and it now not only fits better but looks better. Since then have taken a second suit and a separate jacket for tailoring and dry cleaning. Susie made sure everything was perfect before I left and insisted I try it on before I could even say hi. They are very friendly!

I always take my seasonal and weekly dry cleaning here because they always do a great job. I really am impressed with their work on my white winter jackets. They make them look like new. Also they have added pockets and do solid hemline repair. It a kind couple who really do their best.

Its worth the drive here - these two couldnt be nicer! I took my suit to be tailored and it was quick & very well done. Very attentive to detail and made sure everything fit just right. It makes me look forward to my next visit here because I know it will be a good experience!

Sue and Tom are the best. We never have to worry about our clothes, they treat them as if they were their own. Professional, friendly and a worry-free experience. Weve been with them for four years. Alterations are great. Always on time. Highly recommend it.

Professional, Friendly, Great Service. I look forward to my once a week trip to Highland Square Cleaners. The proprietors always make me feel welcome, like family. They do a great job cleaning my clothes and have helped with alterations when I needed them.

They do good work. The owners are really friendly and personable. Overall, theyre in a nice spot. Its very accessible and easily spotted. Might be considered a little pricey.
