Not customer friendly. When picking up my garments today, the employee advised me that they miscounted my shirts, and I owed them $2. She rejected my offer to pay by credit card because it didnt meet the minimum amount. Then, she asked me what I was going to do, after telling her that I didnt carry cash. I explained that it wasnt my error, but Id gladly pay next time. She reluctantly agreed and informed me, in a condescending tone, that most people normally carry $20 cash on them. A customer scolding because of an error they committed. This happened to my husband before, who was told to bring back cash before the clothes would be released. I did not have an issue with the error, as we are all humans, but I do take exception to the humiliation.

Low quality. They absolutely ruined my clothes, i brought handmade dress shirts as well as factory made dress shirts, dress pants, suit jacket, and a north face fleece. Never in my life have I been witness to such atrocious pressing/ironing. They pressed the shirts to the point that they were ruined, and completely full of permanent creases. These creases were so intense, the fabric had actually welded in place. So when I say "permanenet creases", I mean you could literally not pull them apart. A nice shirt will last a man 20 or more years when treated with respect, this place just knocked my brand new handmade italian shirts into the trash.

I decided to give this place a chance because I was not happy with the service I had been using. First few times, everything was great. Good prices and fast service. Then they broke 2 buttons on a brand new $50 dress shirt and I didnt realize it until I was putting it on for a job interview. I took it in, thinking they would be like any other dry cleaner, stand behind their work, and replace the buttons they broke... Nope! I was given some bs excuse they wont fix it because the shirt was "tumbling for a couple of hours". What a crock! Ill never take my stuff there again!!!

Dont trust this place if you absolutely need your clothes back for an interview or going out of town. Apparently over 40 hours was too short.
