BEWARE!!!! I asked to have my six shirts washed, when I arrived for pickup I was charged for Dry Cleaning. Complaining to the owner she told me that these shirts were supposed to be only dry cleaned. When I showed her the tags saying machine wash, she told me I was wrong, that I dont know how to take care of my clothes. The owner did not reduce my charge and demanded I pay for her staffs mistake. I think she should spend more time shaving her mustache so she isnt so blind when looking at the register and order tickets. They will rip you off, they are rude, they are horrible horrible people!!!

They forgot my suit jacket, blamed it on me, and sent me to their other store on Belmont and Cumberland (better service there). After an hour they found my jacket at this place, when I went to pick it up the lady didnt even apologies. Unbelieviable how these people are. Rediclious, I will never go back

They will not honor coupons nor will they honor any other dry cleaners posted price for laundered/pressed items though this is not explicitly excluded in the microprint at the bottom of the large "Accepts All Competitors Coupons" sign. For laundered/pressed shirts, save $.50/shirt by going elsewhere.
