Theres nothing "superior" about this place. I decided to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here after doing research and reading good reviews. Wow, do I regret this decision. I brought my dress in in the beginning of August, and they said it would be finished in three weeks and I would receive a call when finished. No call after four weeks I decided to call. They said the dress wasnt finished and I would get a call when done. A few more weeks later I called and they said it was there. I went in and found my dress squished into a cardboard box, uneven, wrinkled, and literally bulging out of the box. There was no form in the dress like I was told there would be. I asked if they could fix it and they agreed. It was put in a larger box (but still small) and with a form. Why they didnt do this in the first place I have no idea? This place has never once had the decency to call and give me updates on my dress (which is very sentimental to me AND expensive) after asking them to do so, and I just finally picked it up yesterday after waiting over three months. THREE MONTHS!!! Talk about unprofessional! Please save yourself from giving them any business. To make things even worse, this ridiculous experience costed me $200. Please do not take your wedding dress here!

Been here a few times. They do a decent job. Staff is friendly. I dont go to many cleaners so I wouldnt be able to compare the prices but they seem reasonable.
