The other reviews for this place were obviously written by employees of this shop. When dropping off my car, (just as the shop opened at 8 am, Saturday morning) I gave all pertinent information regarding the problem my car was having (pretty much, just that the brakes are failing) They asked me when I needed the car to be finished by, and I told them worst case I would need it back Monday. I was reassured the car would be finished, and I would be notified along the way as to price and work being performed. When I hadnt heard anything back 8 hours later, I decided to call to check their progress. MY CAR HAD NOT EVEN BEEN PULLED INTO THE GARAGE!! Not even for a simple diagnostic test! The woman on the phone then told me, they will not get to the car until Monday afternoon. Well, needless to say I picked up my car immediately, and wasnt even afforded an apology or explanation as to the lackadaisical approach to my vehicle. Well, I took it to another shop in West Dundee, (whose name I will not say, just to prove I dont work for them) where I have always had good service, and they took the car right into the garage, and my car was fixed the same day. Car Smart Automotive is unreliable, unfriendly, and Zoran needs to take his business elsewhere....preferably to a city far far away from here.

It is great to have a place to get automotive work done where I can trust the people Im dealing with. Zoran has been great every time my wife or I have taken our cars in. Both he and Charlie are always great on price too. I am usually shocked by how little it costs me. They really take the time to give you all of your options before they do the work, and they understand that not everyone can throw tons of money at their car every time it starts making a strange noise. In other words they take the time to find out what is wrong, instead of just doing the easiest fix that makes them the most money. Real people, real service, great work and great prices. Take your car there and get what you need fixed, not a bunch of BS

I stopped in here because I had a flat on a -5 degree day leaving work. I didnt want to change it on 72 and it would have probably taken me longer than I wanted to outside. I have heard great things about this place from co-workers and they definitely exceeded any and all expectations!!! Amazing people, so sweet and understanding!! I plan to go back to this place for all my auto needs. I cannot thank them enough! I was able to stay warm and pick up my kids on time!!! You have gained a new customer and a positive word of mouth to others. Highly recommended!

Carsmart is a place of amazing quality work and overall service. I have never been upset by any of the work they have done on my familys cars. Above all they bring extreme customer satisfaction and service and really care about thier customers. They listen to pricing concerns and explain everything to you in normal people terms. I wish more businesses worked this way.

I am NOT an employee of carsmart and I have ALWAYS had good service! Zoran and his team have always done great work for me and in a timely manner, I have recommended his shop to many friends and family and they ALL continue to bring their automobiles to carsmart! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!!!!!

They got into an accident with my car and tried to hide it. They didnt even tell us. They were also tampering with my camera inside the car. If I didnt have a dashcam then I wouldnt have known. When I confronted them about it nothing was done. Didnt hear back from them. Never going back there again.

Zoran and his shop are BY FAR the best in the business. Any time I have an issue wit my car I take it to him. He never rips me off and does a fantastic job on the car. Anyone in the area NOT taking their car to Zoran should have their head examined.

This is the only "100% Honest" car repair facility Ive ever found. Zoran will do everything he can to fix your car troubles the right way and do it for less than anyone. Hes a busy shop that is worth the wait. I wish I could give him 6 stars!

Ive had two cars in for repair several times...from minor electric work on a Jeep to a clutch replacement on a Subaru. In each case, the work was done well and in a mostly timely manner. Their prices are competitive. I have no complaints.

I always had good experience with this shop.They always have lots of cars and it is understandable that customer may have to wait sometime. If someone does not want to wait, then go elsewhere.
