3-25-2015 I have taken both of my cars to Rx Automotive in Saint Charles, IL over the years and every single time and I mean every time I have never been disappointed in any way. The work done on my car is Top of the Line preformed in a new State of the Art privately owned center, the Mechanics are very, very excellent and so polite, certified, informative and they do an excellent job. The owner Less always says hello and no matter how far in between appointments always remembers our last conversation. Less is always upfront if he can fix my car are not, gives a very fair and accurate estimate of repairs and labor cost and, in my opinion, is far less than other places I have been. Rx Automotive even preforms services that others does not. On a few occasions I had no way home and one of the Mechanics very politely drove me home and picked me up to get my car. No other place I have been to in the past would ever do that for me and I did ask and they just laughed. If there is one thing I know, I know this to be true: In life if you have a great Doctor, a great Lawyer, and a great Mechanic Shop then your Life Boat may never sink! We have two vehicles over 13+ years old.... which means they need more care then most. Because of this, weve visited RX Automotive more than we would probably like. HOWEVER, we have so many good stories of how well weve been treated - too many to write about! - but to give you an idea they range from honesty, to laying out all options, to giving us a ride back home, to squeezing in an appointment when we are in a pinch for time, and above all doing a phenomenal job keeping our vehicles running as cost effective as possible! Whats more, they even accept coupons from the competitors... they are seriously the real deal. One day Ill have to get rid of these two old clunkers but for now, Im happy knowing that if a problem arises, Im in the best hands ever cause we only take our vehicles to RX Automotive!!

I have worked on cars all my life. I have always fixed my cars myself because I have never found a trustworthy auto repair shop until now. The team a RX Automotive are extremely professional and do the work correctly to find the root cause the first time. They take the time to explain everything to you and what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. They are also very patient with customers that call them several times to ask questions about the repairs! :) In my opinion they are the best shop in the Fox Valley Area! I highly recommend them! Also want to say Thanks to the guys at RX for a job well done.

Today these guys save me from being ripped off $800! I took my car to another shop (Valley Lube) where Ive had oil changes done several times over the last couple months. The manager at Valley Lube quoted me $1k for radiator, water pump & thermostat. Turned out once I had it towed to RX Automotive that I needed 2 small hose connectors replaced. THATS IT!!! They totally made my day. Great customer service, friendly, fast & great price! Will be passing out their business cards to everyone I know in the area!

Went here on a Saturday morning with no appointment. My wife drives an Acura and Im not familiar with their warning lights etc. So we though her check engine light was on. The employee said they were swamped, but took the time to pull her car in, and realized it was just the oil warning light. I had just changed it and did not know it needed to be reset. The showed us both how to do it, cleaned the battery and sent us on our way free of charge. They earned two customers for life!

I am really glad that I found this auto repair shop. I wish I could share a wonderful experience with all of you. But, what made it great was that it was so unremarkable. My car was broken, Les told me the problem, how much it would cost, and then they had it fixed when they said it would be. It was affordable, the shop was clean, and the service was polite. Every time I go to RX Automotive I am more impressed than the time before. Their service has always been honest, fair priced and completed excellently. My last visit, they diagnosed a repair that they determined to be a warranty issue and worked with me and Ford to see that it got covered. While there, they noticed a disconnected wire for the A/C that I had no intention of repairing. They reconnected the wire at no charge and my son now has ice cold air. Thanks RX!

I loved my experience at RX Automotive. Ive always had trouble finding the right mechanic to work on my BMW (older model), but they did an awesome job. Diego is so friendly and was honest with me through and through. They were quick and thorough, and the price for the work done was very reasonable. I will absolutely be referring everyone I know to this shop. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks again! My car is running like new and I am so happy.

Excellent Service and Honest Pricing...I have been taking my cars to Les since he worked out of his garage. When I heard he opened his own shop in St Charles last year – I could not wait to go. He always spends the extra time to find out exactly what the problem is, instead of just replacing parts until the car works again. I would recommend Rx Automotive to any person or company. It is a place you can refer people to with confidence, and that is hard to find.

Ive been to RX Automotive several times. Les and his crew have fixed my car the first time. In this difficult economy RX Automotive have been able to keep my vehicles running smooth and at an extremely affordable price. I feel like family when Im there. His new location is fantastic. Clean and friendly. I appreciate the service so much I know have my parents and 2 of my siblings going to Les and his crew. I highly recommend RX Automotive.

Ive been bringing my car here for routine maintenance and any problems that arise for about a year now, and I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to my friends. The guys are friendly, they work fast, and I really feel like theyve gone above and beyond for me. The shop is family friendly- they have a table for kids, which my son loves- and they are always able to get me in quickly. Highly recommended!

I find these this shop to be extremely trustworthy, efficient and fairly priced - but mostly - honest. They will fix what is needed in a professional manner and tell you what needs to be done in the future. I like that. It is also very very clean, and they dont try and sell you a car while your getting your car fixed! The local Honda dealer will never see me again! - thank god!!! So long McGrath ........
