I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of things that I wasnt too happy about. We purchased a set of 4 tires about a month ago but one of the tires got a hole on the sidewall so we had no choice but to replace that tire. We came here because I was approved for credit. Instead of getting one new tire we chose to get 4 new tires of a different brand since we didnt really like the quality of the other ones. We can either keep them or sell them to pay for the new ones. However, they did not have the tires in stock and we would have to wait until the next day. Unfortunately, we didnt have a tire since it had a tear on the sidewall it could not be fixed. The woman told us she would let us borrow a used tire and that they wouldnt charge for mounting. I thought oh thats really nice. So we agreed and we went home. Everything was great until this morning when we found the used tire completely flat. I called them and they said I had to get it towed there and that they couldnt help. I went to a nearby shop and they tried to put air in the tire but found the valve stem to be at fault. Seems Chihuahua tech didnt install correctly. Guys at shop helped me no charge and when I arrived at Chihuahua tire I told them what happened but the guy seemed unphased. Ok so we had already paid for the tires that were ordered so I waited for them to install. I get my car back and I seriously thought they put used tires on my car. They were really dirty plus the rims and my steering wheel were all full of greasy fingerprints. Considering this place has been around a while I would have expected better service. The last set of tires I purchased were mounted and balanced at Talachas tire shop a tiny dirty little shop but they treated us well and my tires and rims were not filthy when they finished with my car.

I cant begin to put into words the emotions that I felt the day that I drove up to the tire shop not expecting to be helped the way that we were helped...My ex husband of seven years left us and he left me and our three kids...the ten year old 190+ miles, beat up, always needing repairs Chevy Trail Blazer while he had his six month old brand new Chevy Silverado. Smh, I hated that truck because every since hed left, it had left us stranded four times. One of those times, it was only my little girl and I, and the truck just shut off on me, no electrical, nothing! I freaked out but lucky I was close to a shop and was able to coast into it. I parked in the wrong direction but I couldnt move so I just sat in the truck. I was thankful to make it there but upset that it happened all I remembered was this young man walking up to me. He asked me if I was okay and if I needed help...with tears streaming down my face, I could barely pull myself together to explain to him what had happened to us. He introduced himself as Miguel Rodriguez, he said that I came to the right place and his guys would take a look at the truck and take care of it. He then took my daughter and I into the shop and introduced us to a couple women who greeted us and were very sweet to us. They gave my daughter a snack and gave me some coffee...not long they were able to figure out that my truck needed an alternator, they made the repairs that the truck needed and it was very reasonably priced. I remember being so thankful that my old beat up truck still could get us home. Thank you guy so much for helping us in such a hard and emotional time for us!!!

Ridiculous customer service and thieves. I brought in my 2008 lancer to have tints put on I figured because they charged 225 you would get quality tints. I was wrong on that. I got the tints back with bubbles and then after a week the tints were peeling off and scratches all over them. after arguing for awhile they said they would replace them one time I got them back they only replaced on window and told me they did both which is funny before I went in i purposely put a scratch in one of them that they said they would replace when i got the car back that same scratch along with the other multiple was there. Funny thing is the day before I brought them back had tint protector installed which has 100% guarantee the tints will not scratch. The guy told me that my car did that after he put them on. But wait, your not supposed to roll down your windows for 2 weeks why would he roll my window down? needless to say the guy lied straight to my face about replacing the tints when he clearly didnt and would do nothing to fix them. they ripped me off and scratched some of the plastic on the exterior of my car. Dont ever go here boycott them please.

I had some brand new tires sitting in my garage from an old truck that I junked. So I took the tires and wheels from my new truck to get the tires swapped over. The price was very good. I should have known something was wrong. After getting the wheels with the new tires home I noticed that there was a rubber valve stem on each of them. I noticed because when I took the wheels there they had metal valve stems with a tpms sensor attached. Sure enough I drove around for 10 minutes and my tpms trouble light comes on. I took the truck back to tell them what happened and they told me I didnt pay for tpms sensors. The sensors were already on the wheels which means they had to remove them to put the rubber valve stems on. And any professional should know that if there are tpms sensors on the wheels you dont remove them without replacing them. Im not sure if I should call them crooks or just idiots. But they refused to replace my tpms sensors so I will be going to sears to get them replaced and have the truck aligned. And I will be telling as many people as possible not to go to chihuahua.

My husband took our car there to get an alignment and the tires rotated. HORRIBLE SERVICE!. We just purchased the car and the previous owner had given receipts of all the repairs since he has had it. They tired to tell my husband that he needed to replace a part that the previous owner had already replaced. They took about 2 hours just for the alignment and rotation of the tires. Only to have the alignment still off! When my husband called back to complain they told him the mechanic told him the alignment wouldnt be good because he didnt want to replace a certain part. The part that had already been replaced by the previous owner 2 months ago!! We live far and my husband had been in the area so he figured he would take it there since he was out that way. Only giving Poor-Fair because have to rate it somehow. We will never go there again. SCAM ARTISTS!!!
