Bad service & not professional at all! So my car was towed there thru my insurance because it was not too far from where I broke down. The alternator needed to be replaced and it took three days. I didnt get any loaner but anywhoo, they were nice at first, Eric & Jorge. When I came back, paid and drove the car, there was noises coming from the engine. Eric said it was normal.and to drive it, that it will go away. No other explanantion. My wife was pregnant so we needed to get to our appointment. 4 hours later I called and left a message. They did not return my call. the next day I called again.they were busy.but Eric said to stop by around 4pm. You think that is like an appointment right? wrong, when I got there they made me wait 30 minutes. Then they told me that they first need to charge me for going outside and listening to the engine. Are you kidding. They said they dont work for free and the insurance doesnt cover it. I was never told on the phone that they will charge me. But I stood my ground, Eric insisting to Jorge not to go if I dont pay but he walked out. Jorge tells me, u know people expect the cars to run perfect, but its like you go to the doctor to get your knee replaced but now your wrist is broken? I said If I came here to get my tires replaced I should get an explanation why a sound is coming FROM THE TIRE. I dont expect them to restore my car, just tell me what Im hearing is ok or normal. But he was upset stating he does not work for the insurance company and they cant tell him waht to do. Anyways, I have on my receipt a 1 year warranty. He said I have to prove to him the alternator is bad..are you kidding me? If my car doesnt start, I need to pay someone to state the alternator is bad, then fax it to him? he said yeah. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anybody, Im praying the alternator is good for over a year so I dont have to deal with this shop.

Eric Buckley is the most knowledgeable expert in his field. His customer service skills, on a scale of 1-10 would be a 12! This shop is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Friendly, courteous, knowledgable, reasonable price and just plain GOOD work. This is hard to come by when looking for a mechanic but I can safely say that I have a new mechanic now and will recommend them to all my friends and family. I needed alot of work done on my van and Erik was great!! The whole process was painless and with quick turnaround. Van runs like a charm!!!! VERY HAPPY with Buckley Auto!

He was recommended by a friend and Im so impressed by this company, their customer service and going above and beyond for their customers. We were told by another shop that the parts were going to be more expensive because it was only sold at a set. This guy went above and beyond to find us the part and saved us over $1,000! Highly recommend this place! We will continue to go to him for all our company vehicles and personal.

Theres not much more frustrating than having serious car problems and I am thankful that our family has Buckley Auto to depend on. They are courteous, hard working, fair in their pricing, do excellent work, and complete the work promptly. We are very satisfied with the work that was done on our van and will continue to use Buckley Auto for all our repair needs in the future.

These guys are LIFE SAVERS! Jorge and Eric worked hard on my van and fixed it like it was brand new. They are really hardworking guys and very reasonable. I live about 22 miles away and still would go to these guys for even an oil change. I trust them for even an oil change. Thank you for being there Eric and Jorge. It is like winning a lottery to find nice guys like these.
