I had an appointment at 1:30pm to get my car checked out bc it made weird sounds. they did an inspection and found one of the bearings needed repair. they told me 1 1/2 hours so I said ok Ill wait. During that time they found I needed new set of breaks in the front....they said 45min longer. I ended up sitting there for over 4 hours total. Noone came up to me ever to let me know the status on my car. When I asked how long they said under an hour...which was a lie. towards the end it was ...Oh only 10 more minutes....again a lie. I dont know if those people dont know how a clock works but thats really unprofessional. The workers were ignorant and didnt care at all that I had to sit there for that long! I will definitely not go there again!!

Went in for a Lifetime Alignment, they helped me get the best deal with a coupon and had me out very quick. Also advised me about a bad tire sensor which a tire shop had broken. I felt at ease and didnt get pressured into anything else. Had mixed thoughts about Firestone but now I recommend this to all my friends and family.

Store manager Ryan was not courteous to say the least. He couldnt accommodate an oil change and suggested that I seek out a competitor. Poor customer service. Firestone haa changed the way they do business with long standing customers. Ill never return. The end of 3 generations of loyal customer support.

Great customer service! Great people too! My car was too low to fit onto the alignment rack and instead of having me go to another shop, they helped me remove my front bumper to achieve proper clearance and then helped me reinstall it too.

Came in for a regular oil change, had a 10$ off coupon so was 26$ for overall oil change plus curtosy check wasnt bad! They even informed about what type of oil i need for my car n even showed me how to change my oil! Thanks firestone!
