I was told by the assistant manager that a bay would be open in an hour. Once I arrived, he then tried to convince me that I should go away because he workers didnt want to stay after to mount an balance my tires, even though there were still two hours left before they closed that day. The guy then had then asked me why I was trying to start my project so late in the day and then had the audacity to tell me that I needed to learn how to schedule things better. After that, I drove over to Discount Tire, their team stayed an hour late to finish my vehicle without whining about not wanting to work. Needless to say, I will not be going back to any Firestone. First impressions are everything and if I am treated like a little kid by the assistant manager, then you dont deserve my business.

I always expect these place to up-sell the crap out of me, and this one didnt at all. They pointed out things to consider & got me back out on the road after changing the oil. I gave them the opportunity to flush my radiator, but after a test, they said it wasnt necessary nor beneficial at this time. That gets my respect. I have gone to those other places in the past, and even worked at one way back in the day, this place is a darn nice shop with good people working there. I highly recommend their blinker fluid service!

I had a great experience at this location. Kyle, the writer gave a solid price on a life time alignment for my car even though it had modified suspension and lowered ride height. Im very picky about how my alignments are done and have specific specs I like my suspension geometry to be set at. The technician Dylan followed my instructions on the specs perfectly. 10/10 will be bringing my vehicle back when I need to get another alignment. Customer service at its finest.

Sell sell sell - its the name of the game. I always find it incredibly annoying when auto-technicians try to hustle you. But these guys focus on great servicing first - never had any issues with my car after coming to this shop. Theyll do a quick look-over for you afterwards and tell you some issues that might need to be addressed. Shoutout to Kyle for looking out for discounts and special deals - youre a cool cat.

We had four new tires installed on our work trailer last week and they did a great job. They followed through when the tire came in. They even helped us out with some other small work we wanted to get done while we were there! Customer service was outstanding.

They banged out my oil change in 25 min for me when they were short staffed and overbooked. Someone gave me wrong appointment time and they made it right quickly by getting in and out even thought they were swamped!!!

Had my truck at another firestone they didnt have the tire in stock to replace it there. They sent me to this location. They were a little more friendly here but still have a bad taste from the other location
