I have probably booked a handful or more vacations through Travel Express and have had nothing but great service. My husband and I left our keyfob to our car in the resort safe, and our agent, Tammy Perry, was relentlessly calling and sending emails to the resort to help us, long after we were ready to give up. Thats just one of the ways they have gone above and beyond for us.All the agents are very helpful and well-informed I highly recommend them to anyone.

The girl that "helped" me when I went in did NOTHING MORE THAN I HAD FOUND ON THE INTERNET. Why would anyone pay them $300 for a service you can do yourself. This establishment is run with about as much public concern as the daughters business, Rinnovi.

Got a good deal on our vacation but overall Ive been very disappointed with the customer service. Our agent, Cheryl, is very short with you when you have questions and eager to give an answer. She interrupted us a lot which was very annoying.

I got great service, enjoyed my vacation & had no glitches, with the exception of American Airlines & that was AAs issues, not Travel Express.
