Horrible experience. From the beggining they told us that they would meet us at 1:30pm and they ended up showing at 2pm. On their page it says "professional, humorous guide", which is was a total lie. I was horribly hot inside the bus and it was 85 degrees outside!!! The guide told us as it is not summer season they could not turn the heat down, we started to feel dizzy because of that. The bus was so old and in poor conditions that we could feel every bump we went into. At the beggining the woman dragged us around picking up other people without even saying a word. Then she told us to go in the office to pay for our tickets in a very unpolite manner. Knowing our first language isnt english she didnt care and spoke really fast and sometimes the speaker didnt even work so we missed words. Also the information about what you do on the tour isnt clear like when she took us to PASS BY Graceland when we had understood that we were going to stop there. And all the actual stops we made were 10 min long and only to go in and shop while she sat and drunk coffee or use her cellphone. When she made us go to a HOSPITAL and its GIFT SHOP we decided to finish the tour there and walk by ourselves. Disgusting. Do not spend your money on this.

Went from bad to worse. Air conditioning in the first bus not working so we were told to open the windows, took us to places of absolutely no interest, ie seeing ducks at The Peabody Hotel and a hospital. Second bus broke down on the way to Graceland, bus drivers did not explain what was going on just pulled into an information centre. We all got off and waited for another bus. After Graceland we were picked up by e same bus that had overheated previously that day, only to get up the road 20 minutes and she had to detour back to the depot to get another bus. The bus they eventually put us on was like a prison bus, they should have refunded all our money from that day. Rating is 0 out of 5.

Picked us up 1 hour late, No air conditioning, and no shocks. Registered for 1 tour for 81. But said that they would not honor and demanded 121. Each. This is called bait and switch and it is illegal and I will be filing a complained with the better business in this city. This was the worst tour company we have ever used. Run pay for a cab you will do better and be safer.

I have to agree with the other poor reviews of this company. Horrible tour experience with my wife and kids. The bus smelled like urine and marijuana mixed together, I felt uncomfortable the whole time because of the bumpy ride. We had return tickets, but used a cab instead. I wont be using them again.

The owner has a very nasty attitude. Buses is in bad shape. Dont know how to treat there employees. This is not a good places to work. This is a family own business with no class.

I quite enjoyed my tour, picked me right up from my hotel and dropped me off there. The guide was a lovely character who had lots to say about the city and gave a good tour.
