Worst service ever. First of all they failed to tell us that since Memphis in May was going on, all of the designated parking spots available to park to get on the ship were not available and or not showing on GPS so we had to pay $10 to park AND walk at least 3 blocks to get in the vicinity of where the ship was and then walk a trail to get to the bridge, go across , and then walk across the deck to the ship. This was a Mothers Day gift for my mom as this is the first time we will be celebrating Mothers Day without my grandmother. But AS WE WERE WALKING TOWARDS THE SHIP, they decide to pull off. Im livid at this point so I call the customer service number sent with my booking confirmation only to find out that they have been closed since 4:30PM even though this ship doesnt leave until 7:30PM. I called and left voicemails and sent an email but nobody ever got back in touch with me. When I finally did get in touch with someone even though I was told by both the staff AND my email that I would get a chance to reschedule, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and the policy doesnt allow refunds or rescheduling. The prior reviews say its not worth it anyways. What a scam and a ripoff!! Yall better enjoy that $100 because Im making it a goal to tell EVERYONE not to do business with you AT ALL!! You can delete and I will still repost!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have gone many places and done many things in my life and I must say this dinner cruise ranked very high on my list of THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!! Here why: 1) Cobwebs and big spiders in the stairway and in the mens restrooms, according to my son! 2) Dinner tables (yeah, not just ours) were wobbly and broken! 3) The temperature was very cold! 4) Mosquitos were everywhere in the dining area. 5) THE FOOD...OMG!! The pulled pork was bland, the whole kernel corn as well as the baked beans tasted like they were poured right out of cans and into the buffet pans! The dessert was apparently a big sheet cake that had been precut because it was hard and dry by the time we got it! 6) The Band (music) was ok, but the singer was awful! He sang like he was drunk! Most of the songs werent recognizable if not for the band playing the music! Everyone was laughing and shaking their heads at him. 7) The route of the cruise was only about a quarter of a mile long with the captain driving the same route over and over again. Much of our time after dinner, was spent just sitting in the open water, basically drifting!! Needless to say, WE WONT BE DOING THIS AGAIN!!!

Do not do business without a written contract. I reserved a private charter by verbal agreement and it was not honored. Then I was told I could hold seats for our large group on a public cruise until our group registration was closed by prepaying for seats. A lady in sales agreed to refund all unsold seats. When I called with the final number on the date specified, she said she would no longer honor that agreement. It was very frustrating working with this particular venue. The phones were busy for hours at a time as though they were off the hook. I was so nervous about the plans until we arrived. The boat was very old. Spider webs with spiders in them were in every corner. The seating was in cafeteria style chairs and tables in a very cramped dining area. The food was average for a buffet.

BUYER BEWARE! we bought two sightseeing tickets to finish out our visit to Memphis the day before we left to go back home to Seattle and on the way we got a flat tire on the freeway, we missed the boat ride. I called to ask for a refund and they said no but did offer us to go another day. Since we were leaving the next day I said I would like to gift our tickets to friends in Memphis. They would not do that either because I bought them online and I had to sign for them. So buyer beware when ordering online. They took my money without providing any service, this companies policies sucks! They do not care about customer satisfaction.

Good band, great BBQ dinner. Not as fancy as you might expect for the price and tables in the middle of the room are crowded. Only one bartender so bar service is slow. Overall a nice experience worth doing if you are visiting or for a special occasion. Park in the paid lot and get your ticket validated for $5 at the souvenir shop before you get on the evening cruise. Leave the ship in groups when going back to your car, not a safe place to be after dark- the week before we visited a person was shot in the free Park-parking down the road.

Amusing and interesting historical tour during a short trip down the Mississippi River and back. Was more economical than similar tours in New Orleans, so we were glad we did this in Memphis instead. We had the bonus experience of seeing a great band on the lower deck after the tour called Little Feather, who were recording a music video on the riverboat. A great memory!

Never went on cruise as the website does not work. I called to find out if they had Holiday hours and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept interrupting before I could fully ask a question. It is obvious that I was wasting her time getting information. My experience with this River Company has been unprofessional and rude.

My Friend went on this little sunset cruise and it was beautiful. It was nice, casual, and just a nice time all around. We got to see Alcatraz, the bay bridge, and the Golden Gate up close. The crew was super friendly and there was some live music, a finger food buffet, and drinks available so that was a plus. The weather was great too!

Awesome and spectacular. The guide was funny and informative. The river was beautiful. The boat is clean. The drinks were good. There are 3 levels to sit, so you can find sun or shade. Be sure to visit the top deck and look down at the paddles. Enjoyed the gift shop, too. The restaurant next door was excellent, too.

I went on an afternoon 90 minute tour. Boat didnt travel far at all and there is nothing interesting to see. The engines were very loud. The tour guide did an excellent job of talking about the local history of the Mississippi River.
