This location sucks. When I go here, 9 times out of 10 they complain about taking my packages. Saying they are "Too busy". Recently they give me a hard time about giving me a receipt (which I need to show what day/time the packages were dropped off, to the people and customers I work with). I actually drive out of my way (to avoid this location) to go to the FedEx shipping building at Ohare. They are much more professional and always greet me with a smile and they meet every expectation I need.

I was at that location today and by the time I got there it was 9.01 pm. The location was closed. Even tho the lights were still on and there was still one employee nobody wanted to open the door for me. I had pepaid printed label. I begged the guy thru the window and showed him my envelope. He just shaked his head and left to turn the lights off. I COULD NOT BELIVE IT. It would take him 2 seconds but instead he turned his head the other direction

Good luck with the lady trying to take care of you. You will hear all the possible negative comments from her not ship your packages with FedEx. She is the #1 reason to hate from this FedEx location! Make your labels prepaid and leave your packages.

Update: still awful- wanted proof that I was owner of account even though didnt ask any white people for proof- this place needs help Some of the worst employees, just awful at doing their job and want everything written down

I like the service but dont try to bring in your little maltese. They made me leave and said it was company policy. Not posted on door and searched fedex website and could not find anything about dogs.

They no longer provide tape. I had to buy a roll but needed just a strip. Now I have a roll of tape that I dont need. I can see them charging extra dollar to tape up your box.

Always fast service, great help from employees. I go here twice a week to ship packets of invoices from work. No complaints so far. Plenty of parking!
