I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the amazing service I received today from BEST transportation, specifically a great guy named Mariano. He delivered a stacked microwave/oven combo today that weighed a ton. I didnt order the item and had no idea it was set for curbside delivery. It was delivered to a loft building and I somehow needed to get the unit up to the second floor. The stairs are long, steep and have no middle landing. . .just straight up. Mariano realized it would be impossible for me to do this alone especially in a high traffic area. Without a moment of hesitation he said "I will help, Let me help." This guy literally with me only guiding the unit from the top lugged this ridiculously heavy item up the stairs. He was definitely winded after the trip up and im not sure how he did it. Im very grateful for his help. Thank you very much Mariano. The Best service Ive ever had. I hope you are rewarded for your great work. Your company should be proud to have you. If this guy is the reflection of what BEST service has to offer then BEST is a great description for this company. Thank you Mariano, and thanks to Best!

Share Your Soles could not ask for a better partner in its mission of collecting gently worn shoes, and we owe a great deal to Brad Poulter, exec VP. As a co-owner of Best, Brad believes in giving back to his community, and even has had his family and friends participate in service days at our warehouse in Pullman. We recently acknowledged Brad as our 2014 Most Valuable Volunteer. Their courier services have been incredibly reliable for the many locations we partner with for donations, and theyve also come through for us when we needed them for express deliveries. Their service has exceeded our expectations. Truly the Best!

Best Transportation Services definitely lives up to its name! Our office needed an emergency pickup this afternoon at a business with a firm close time of 5:00. After being told by another service that they couldnt make the deadline, and after realizing that I couldnt make it in time due to traffic, I called Best Transportation Services. Without hesitation, and with little time to spare, they made the pickup and saved the day. I cannot thank you enough for your excellent service. The name really does suit Best Transportation Services. They were wonderful. We used their courier service to deliver a package for us. We had a unique situation where we needed to request the option to cancel a delivery, even after the item had been picked up. After repeated calls and requests, the staff was consistently friendly, accommodating and worked very hard to provide the service we needed.
