This facility represents Fedex terribly. Tracking information that was provided via internet was VASTLY false in the sense of the driver lying about making the attempt of a delivery more than 3 times and on one time that was posted I was outside working in my yard! finally after a week of having no idea what was going on with a very expensive antique I drove hours to the facility to pick it up. No apologie just a talk from the security officer about not being hostile when the employee comes out "im not an aggresive person" In the security shack were they make you wait. Fedex needs to put some eyes and ears on these issues as im not the only one with large problems with this location.

I was waiting for my package patiently as it was standard delivery due by Friday. I waited over the weekend to see if it would get to my house by Monday as I was advised to do when I first called FedEx. Unfortunately I had to call the company to see what was going on after a week. After calling a second time since it was still not sent, they claimed they lost it and I would have to go through my company that shipped it. I had to reorder it and now I have to wait a month to get an item that would have already been in my possession. Its unfortunate that something could be lost in the system and forgotten so easily.

I have had trouble with FedEX every time I have had to use them. This time was not my choice. The company I ordered from uses them and had I known, I would of went elsewhere. Ordered on a Monday, its Friday still no package. I live 150 miles from the company I ordered from, IN THE SAME STATE. It went from Origin to Wisconsin to Missouri and now I suppose its on its way back to my state again. FEDEX you stink! Concerned Disabled Veteran

They dont even attempt to deliver your package at this place. I paid for shipping and handling from a company and was still forced to drive 30 minutes to pick up a package, a week late from expected delivery. My fiance works from home and they said they had three attempts to deliver but no one was there. Guess what? I was home sick from work so there was two people there. Nice try. Calling corporate.

Got notification of the delivery date & pkg needed to be signed for. Both my husband & myself made sure we were home to receive. Never rang doorbell. Must not have even knocked very hard because they came & went when we were both home!! Very upset by this as we made arrangements to be here for this so-called "attempt" to deliver. Now we have to rearrange the following day and apparently sit by the door.

Packages weve ordered keep going to the Grayslake location even though we live in Wisconsin and they dont service that area. Despite that they still put it on a truck only to be returned saying invalid address. Youd think they would know how to use google maps so we dont have to keep getting our stuff delayed or drive 45 minutes to go pick it up.

Called to hold a package that should have been delivered so my wife can pick up. They said no problem its here. This was a double stroller that we needed today for our trip. My wife goes there with the two kids and the fedex guy says he cant find it? Seriously a joke

I literally called at 6 am due to a delayed issue that was texted to me, whom ever I spoke to was so quick to resolve and reply within minutes! 100% happy and my package was delivered on time

Apparently they are incapable of using Google maps to find an address. Now I get to drive 40 minutes to go pick up my package.
