Lets just say that between terrible customer service (the woman on the phone acted as if me having their number was the worst mistake on the face of the planet), horrible communication skills, and bold face LYING, this company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. If I ever order something online again and find out it goes through this company, I will honestly cancel my order, and take my business elsewhere. For those who think I am over-exaggerating, I ordered my product from IKEA a month ago. For an entire month, this company has refused to call me about my order, pushed me through to voicemail boxes, claimed that part of my product was "missing" and that they had contacted IKEA about it, and then when IKEA called them to recount it, we heard nothing from either company. Unless this company is having a zombie apocalypse in their warehouse, they should be able to have the courtesy to call a client about their product.

They get two stars only because their customer service was genuinely concerned about the status of my package. They did what they could on their end and for that I give them credit. Dynamex has delivered approx.10 Amazon pkgs to my townhome in a small L-shaped complex. Only once have I received a delivery at my door. The other eight or nine times I had to retrieve it from my neighbors doors. Most times, they deliver to a shady neighbor who is not a fan of me. The last thing I want to do is tip toe up to his front door and sneak away with my things. The only explanation for drivers going to the wrong door here is sheer laziness. We have front doors lettered A through J. They arent difficult to read; the letters are in English, not Mandarin or Cyrillic.

Very poor service. Their site couldnt show me any estimation for delivery. After 2 days of waiting I found a note asking me to sign it if I want to authorize the mail man to leave my boxes on the porch. After I sign it the next day I found a note stating that 2 attempts were made and they need authorization for a third attempt from the salesman I worked with. There was a note on the invoice that Im ok with them leaving my stuff on the porch or the side door. Their warehouse hours are 8am- 5pm so it is impossible to go pick up my package with 9 to 5 job

Like everyone said below - packages delivered by Dynamex - NEVER ARRIVE! Or arrive at different address... or whatever driver decides to do with it - never know. I know I never got mine.I had an unfortunate experience ordering from amazon and getting Same-Day shipping. Wish I knew it would be done by Dynamex. Package was never delivered to my address, even though I got emails it was delivered. AVOID DYNAMEX AT ALL COSTS! P.S. Amazon is probably aware of this, as they got me a full refund. Not sure why to keep using such a horrible delivery carrier.

I decided to try out Amazon same day delivery as it was a free option that was presented to me. My package was listed as delivered on time through this company with the following message: Delivered Received By: BACK DOOR The problem is that my building doesnt have an accessible back door. After walking around the entire premise of the building I was unable to find a package. Ive made two calls, both promising theyd called me back shortly after talking to the driver, but I have yet to get my call returned.

Their same day delivery is bs. I specifically choose items for that reason; to get them the same day cause I really needed one item fast, and its been 3 days and it still says its on its way. I looked at their website for tracking, but it doesnt give you a normal tracking website. It just says when they think it will arrive. The website says it supposedly had to arrived the same day, and it hasnt.

They were tasked with delivering an Amazon package to me, and they seem to have pulled up to my house, chucked the package out of the truck, and left it on the front lawn. At least I received my package, which is better than a lot of other people!

said package was delivered at 659 pm and handed to a male...no male here so needless to say i didnt get it...it was an amazon order and you cant "complain" for 36 hrs...thanfully it wasnt a xmas gift it was a household item

My package was due to be delivered today, but according to them my address did not exist. That is strange considering I have no problems getting my other packages. Amazon needs to drop this delivery company.

The best delivery company Ive ever worked with. The delivery guys went out of theyre way so that I wouldnt have to break my back. I wish every company made sure they drivers were as helpful and nice.
