Terrible company to work for. I worked less than a full month with them and after realizing how they operate and misuse employees I left immediately. They still owe me money from training that was never paid to me which was brought to the attention of Rachel and Liz in Human Resources, who are blatant thieves when it comes to employee payroll. The company says they pay 32% commission on what you haul, but fail to provide drivers with proof of what they are charging the customers so drivers can go back and verify each load hauled is accurate. In addition to that, the company does not pay drivers for overtime because of this "commission" pay scale which saves them money when youre sitting for hours at a time waiting for a customers load to get ready for shipment because youre the only driver in the area. Glad I left when I did. Working 60 hour weeks to only get $700 bucks is a ripoff no matter how good they make it seem.

I would strongly advise AGAINST using this service. the customer service is lacking, I was put on hold several times for a simple price quote, and the man I talked to was very rude and unprofessional. Once I employed the service, the driver not only was 2 HOURS late for their "Bullet 1-hr" service, but also brought me damaged frieght. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I called the owner "Pam" to hopefully rectify this situation, only to be told she was not in the office several times. I left 3 messages, and yet 5 days later, I have yet to receive a call back. This is a poorly ran business, and there are other courier services in the area who would not only get the job done, but correctly and more economically. Please learn from my mistake and save yourself the headache!

I have used Bonded Transporation Solutions for many years. Never had a late or damaged delivery, always had great costumer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for your package to get where it needs to be in a timely, professional and cost effective way. All drivers are very polite and courteous.
