What is the matter with UPS??? I received a large box that contained frozen food today. I was home.... cars in the driveway.... it was nearly 85 degrees outside. ... on both sides of the box it says in bold writing "PERISHABLE !!!" it then also says in smaller type, " Driver, Ring bell or knock." I have 2 door bells that will ring in stereo quite loudly. No ring ever came! This is hardly the first time this has happened, they never ring anymore, but with this being a frozen food delivery was of far greater importance. I called UPS and was told that my delivery was made at 2:30pm ... I went to the door randomly to check (just in case) at 4:45pm. Great! ... just great! To this point however, the customer service center has been understanding and helpful.

UPS driver out of Westmont is terrible. paid $20 to have a package express delivered. it started off by getting delayed a day then i called off work to make sure i was home to receive this important package. then i stayed home all day and sat about 3 feet away from my apartment buzzer and the ups driver never rang it but just left a note at the front door. then he didnt deliver to the apartment office which is where they always leave it if im not home. i called and they said package cannot be redelivered today but i could drive 40 minutes to the ups center to pick up. i shouldnt have to drive to westmont to pick up this package. UPS i want my $20 plus gas back. just terrible.

Wow what terrible customer service! I called to inform the office and to tell them that there driver did not even try and buzz my apartment. They told me it was my fault for my buzzer not working--even though I told them I just tested it and it was working fine. I then asked if my husband could pick up the package for me at the office there and they just went on accusing me of my buzzer not working. I am sad to write this as I have a great experience with UPS in other towns. It is sad that an office worker and a driver can tarnish the reputation of a company of thousand of employees.

HORRIBLE STORE. EVEN after a call to complain about the rude behaviour of one of their clerks whom they know who she is she had the audacity to be rude yet again after they claimed they spoke with her. Brendon or Brandon, sorry hun , didnt catch your name, is the only reason to go there if you feel you must as he was polite , extremely helpful.. HE KNOWS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. i would NEVER reccomemd this place !!

I was at your store today to mail a package to my granddaughter in Arizona and I just wanted to let you know the young girl helping me was so sweet and helpful. It was so nice that she even said she loves her job, and it certainly showed in how expressive she was! Thank you for having such a lovely girl working there!
