Zero stars as well! Went in to drop off a prelabeled $500 Fedex package. My first impression of the store was how messy the front of the was. After I handed the package to the lady I started to walk away I realized I forgot to ask for a receipt. She instantly points her finger in my face and says "no because you didnt pay me any money". I was a little thrown off by her rudeness but I left. After leaving, I didnt feel good leaving a $500 package from my work with no proof of me dropping it off. So I went back in to request a receipt or some proof of drop off. She said she makes no money from it and that I was being rude. Obviously while she yelled at me I decided to take my package elsewhere and she kicked me out anyway. She opened the door while I carried my heavy package out the door. She continued to tell at me on the sidewalk. A couple pulled up and got out the car to go to the cleaners next door. They said to me while the lady was yelling at me that they dont go there anymore because of that lady. Horrible customer service! But reaffirming when that couple backed me up!

ZERO STAR!!!! I have never been so disrespected. The women behind the counter is the rudest, no manner and disrespectful individual. I would NEVER give her a pre-paid package EVER in my life! I needed my package weighed before I could print out the appropriate weight pre-paid label (obviously) she then told me I needed to pay her for her weighing my package cause "do you get paid for your job?" which is what she told me. She then preceded to follow me out the door and place her fingers on top of her head while waving them an sticking her tongue out! I am in utter shock! She is a very miserable and lonely person who hates her job, which is actually sad. If you want to be treated like a respected human being go to a different store because I never though I would be harassed dropping a package off!

I have used this store at least once a week for the past two years. Very personable, friendly people that will go out of their way to see that your needs are taken care of. From finding the proper size box to making certain that items are packaged safely they do their very best, quickly. Once the shipment is gone it is in the hands of whatever shipping carrier you used and no longer the responsibility of this store so i am not really sure what the deal is with the complaints. I dont go anywhere else for my shipping needs.

This place is great. I really dont know what people are talking about on these reviews. Every time I go the place is open, the proprieter is super friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. Of course it might be slightly cheaper at the UPS or FedEX store, but I gladly pay the unnoticable difference to get the cheerful service that I receive - every time.

oh tim isnt it a hoot that Qdoba is 158 ft away from your store. It is really sad when a competitor has to go around giving fictitious bad ratings to its neighboring pack and ship stores. This must be the UPS way. He even bad mouths another UPS store owner, from his own network.
