You guys really suck ! You guys suck at delivering/ calling back customers for when there packages are ready for pick up. FedEx tried to deliver my package on wed 3/15/17 wasnt home for a signature so they took the package back.. Well later that day I called this location and spoke to someone to schedule another delivery they said they could deliver my package at the nearest fedex location/ business. To avoid me not being there to sign so they said they were able to ship it to the Jewel Osco on Jefferson street in Joliet Illinois.. They gave me a conformation number .. And this all happen wed when I called back. Before we got off the phone they asked if they could call me to the number I was calling from to let me know that the package was ready for pick up onces it got to the jewel location in Joliet. Well today is Saturday 3/18/17 and I have t received anything so I called this morning and gave them my name phone number and conformation # than was told my package was already at the jewel location sence Thursday the next day .. Wow freaking Saturday and still no package. See my problem is that my package was ready for pick up the next day and was never called so if I would off never called you guys I would off never knew my package was ready smh very disappointed in your businesse will spread the word Among friends/ family and my job which uses you guys alot for business. To not do business with you guys ever or to get on your asses for situations like this one.

They delayed my package 3 times because I requested online that it be left at the FedEx Store on Orchard Road in Aurora. The website did not say this would happen. When I called customer service to verify delivery for Thursday, they said it would be delivered Friday. I called again Friday and was told it was out for delivery. It never arrived. Its now Saturday and they are saying the same thing, out for delivery. Problem is, tracking shows it STILL at the Romeoville center. They are clearly lying to me. I am never using FedEx again and will gladly pay extra for ANY other service. The post office or UPS would clearly be superior in this fashion. FedEx has done everything in their power to piss me off and has lost a long time customer.

They only care about getting the work done and not if the workers get hurt. Once they know your good at everything they make you work more then you did before. Employees get over worked. Managers have favorites. The favorite emoloyees are only walking around and not working like others. They also dont try to improve the working conditions for employees, especially on hot days in the summer. At the end managers tell employees to throw everything in the trailers not properly loading and smalls get scanned incorrectly sending it to the hub in Chicago. Working at FedEx is not worth it.

Terrible I been waiting all day for my package when they finally do show up they go to the wrong apt now Im being told I may have to wait until tomorrow funny thing about it is I had a huge note on the wall that read attention fed ex what apt is I was in and bell number its not my fault I dont have my package its theirs and Im not coming to Romeoville to get something that shoulda been at my door

Absolutely pitiful and a disgrace. My package was on the truck for delivery on a Saturday but was not delivered. Then come the following Monday, it was still on the truck and it was STILL not delivered. Called and received terrible service. From now on, before I ever purchase anything I will make sure they use UPS to ship, and if not they lost a sale. This is just ridiculous.

Waited in the car for over 40 minutes with my 5 month old son when my boyfriend went inside while they "tried to locate" our package after we called and they said it waz ready for pickup. Terrible customer service..

Package was scheduled to be delivered Friday and arrived in Romeoville Thursday morning. Delivery was not even attempted. I wish I could also be paid to do a job and not even attempt keeping to a deadline.

Wasnt home to catch delivery and when I called They instantly called my local hub and set it up for me to pick up the item there, without having to wait another day. Called twice and revived prompt service
