I had never Heard of UDS until i started tracking my online order. I knew the day it was coming because they were my kids Xmas toys. I live in a major city in a two flat on not the best street, so my family on the first floor was looking out for the delivery and so was I. at about 2pm my Bother In-law comes upstairs and say that they left a note on the door saying my packages were left on the side of the building. Well like I said I live in a major city on a not so great residential street so needless to say they were no longer there when we went to look for them. When I called UDS the lady was so so Rude told me the driver took a picture i had to ask her to email to me. I Spelled out my email address to her. I waited about ten minutes called back and said I never revived the email and the lady put me on hold for almost five minutes to tell me she did email it. I asked her to email it again and respelled my name since the first rep did not spell it correctly. The rep than tell me that is not going through and the other went trough with no problem. My email is my name, so basically she telling me I do not know how to spell my name. so finally she figured out that she had it wrong and got y correct email placed me on hold. While on hold I did get the pic but after holding ten minutes I decided to hang up. Looking at the picture he did leave them on the side of the house but anyone walking pass would have seen them and walked right inside the gate that is unlocked and took them. I called Kmart and the rep was able to see satellite of my house and said the same thing. The kmart rep than asked if i wanted to place another ore since the first order is gone and the investigation will take of to ten business days. I told the rep at kmart that I refuse to place another order knowing that UDS will be the ones delivering my packages. I will never order anything online that uses UDS to deliver.

UDS is absolutely AWFUL. I ordered a package through Old Navy (who definitely need to stick to USPS, UPS, and Fedex from now on!) and it said it was delivered today and left in the mailroom of my apartment building which doesnt have a mailroom, but has a hallway near the door lined with mailboxes. The package wasnt in or near the mailboxes, and it wasnt outside the apartment door. I called UDS and they tried to contact the driver who delivered it and couldnt reach him, promising to call me back (which 2 and 1/2 hours later still hadnt) so I called them back sufficently irritated, and they said they had heard from the driver and he left it "in the room with mailboxes" which could only have been the hallway which is NOT a safe place to leave a package. So I told them to call him again and they couldnt reach him and I made them PROMISE to call me back and its been 3 hours now since that conversation and STILL no contact. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Your customer service center and drivers suck, and it you deliver packages put them IN THE MAILBOX or OUTSIDE THE DOOR OF THE HOME/APARTMENT. Learn to do your jobs correctly because your service is worthless. The second representative offered to have my future packages signed for delivery and I told her that wont be necessary since I will never be using them again. Next week Old Navy will be returning my shipping fee and resending my order via a DIFFERENT service. Whatever you do, request a different service for Old Navy packages. ALWAYS.

The worst delivery service ever, I cannot understand how companies like GAP use this service to deliver. Abour a month ago I went to the GAP store to find pants, they have not had them there so the employee suggested to get them online and so he did, by mistake he added another number to my address so the item could not be delivered within the next 3 days (item purchased Nov 6th), 6 days later Gap sends me an email about it and I call UDS (november the 12th). First, I called UDS (on the 12th) the phone line in the UDS side is awful, they cannot hear you as you cannot undesrtand what theyre saying because it keeps cutting off (It does not matter how many times you try calling). After 2 tries a lady "helped" me, and hour later she had my correct address, phone number, e-mail and any other information she needed to reach me in case there was another issue, and of course I got the promise that the item would be delivered within the next 3 to five days (it had been already 2 weeks after I bought the item). Today it Wednesday November the 30th i decided to call UDS again and to my surprise they let me know that my item was sent back to GAP on Nov the 23rd and that my info was never updated... Please note this and make sure that you find a better delivery company because this one does not care about your packages, delivery time nor costumer service.

If I could give UDS no stars I would! Purchased from Old Navy on April 9th. My order shipped 4/13/2015. According to UDS online tracking they claim to have attempted delivery 4/15 and 4/16 and noted that there was no place to leave package so it was not delivered. I live in a house and am home everyday between 2-3pm...when they claim to have attempted delivery. TRY RINGING THE DOORBELL! Then they claim to have attempted delivery again on 4/21 when their tracking states they delivered the package. I have no package and again was home and no one came to my house. I called Old Navy and waited on hold while they called UDS. UDS told Old Navy they attempted to deliver and call me several times.....and they are now shipping the package back to Old Navy...but wait they say they already delivered the package to me yesterday where there is no place to leave packages...so I am not sure how the package is on its way back to Old Navy. I had never heard of this company until calling Old Navy to find out where my package was....I also told Old Navy I will not purchase from them again if they use this company to ship......after reading the reviews here...I am not the first person to have a problem!

For some reason Walmart thought it was a good idea to use this awful company as a delivery service instead of USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. Package was supposed to be delivered 12-7. It was not. Could not get ahold of anyone in customer service at all. At 6pm on 12-8 my wife finally got through and talked to a very rude woman who told her they have until 8pm to deliver and said the package will arrive by then. Its after 8. No package. Cant get ahold of customer service yet again. We should have just went site to store. No idea why a multi-billion dollar company would use a tiny courier service that apparently cant handle delivering a package. Update 12-9 Finally got a customer service rep on the phone. According to the lies she was telling the package was received at their location in the city at 4:49 am 12-8. She said that was too late to get it to a driver. What a blatant lie that was. Update 12-9 1:22 pm Out for delivery as of 8:35 am. That shows that 5 am is not too late to give the package to a driver. Delivered as of 1:20 pm. No knock. No doorbell. But apparently I signed for it. UDS, that constitutes fraud. Maybe you should train your couriers.
