Horrible service. Decided to close on a Friday without notifying customers beforehand. Simply stuck a sign in the window saying "Well be closed today for remodeling". Was it an "emergency" remodel? Who knows?? When asked about it, simply gave a condescending "I understand" as a response to customers frustrations. The very definition of unprofessional. What kind of business closes without notifying customers? The kind that doesnt care about the inconveniences it provides. Guess its back to the post office and FedEx/Kinkos for me!!

Dropped off a pre-labeled (and billed) package to ship out, and mind you they charge you $1.00 to take the package and have it picked up there. Had I known that I wouldve just had the UPS guy pick it up for free at my house. Guy behind the counter was alone, not enough staff to help 2 people in the store. Had to wait a while. Then he was kind of no personality and all he had to say was, "Its gonna be a dollar."

Went into this location to mail 2 different documents. The gentleman behind the counter had to reprint the ticket 3 times after I corrected numerous mistakes. Spelling No attention to Wrong address Everything was written down for the gentleman. Please double check your packages. Other than that service was friendly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I RECIEVED HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE EMPLOYEE "NATE WINSLOW" WAS VERY RUDE AND ALMOST RACIST. DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO GET THE JOB DONE BUT WAS MAKING RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THESE KIND OF EMPLOYEES MUST BE FIRED!!
