Horrible!I have a package that needed to be returned since last week, and even though I left it in the lobby with a big note for ups with all the details,it hasnt been picked up.On top of it,the next day I had another one delivered through ups and found it left on top of the one needed to be picked up,even though it had a big note right on the box too with black marker. My neighbors kept on making fun of me that I should just drop it myself instead of keeping it in the lobby for a whole week. Now,the problem is that when I called ups,I was told that 3 attempt have been made. How is that even possible when nobody called the doorbell (its linked to my cell,so pretty much impossible to miss it) and the package being in the lobby that same night when the return slip was made with the note. Now,yesterday I was supposed to get a new package (new baby,3 kids and subscribe and save on amazon) and I did missed it this time. That night I signed the notice along with the other note for my package to be picked up,and left them downstairs again right next to the doorbell.Well, when I saw no package and my old one still there I called ups.I was shocked when the woman I talked to told me that there was another attempt today at 7:42 pm when my phone was right next to me and there was no missed phone call from the doorbell. Also,IF there was one,he should have seen the signed slip right next to the doorbell. So,this is a BIG LIE.I cant believe that some people have the guts to lie like this.My phone company, neighbors and the notes are the proof that this guy, whoever he is, is not doing his job.

Horrible, Horrible experience. Was supposed to receive a package between 1 and 5 pm window, didnt receive it because my unit number wasnt listed but my name is on the buzzer list of the building. Requested to pick up my package from their facility, they put the request through, received a phone call within an hour that I can pick up my package after 7 pm. I get to the facility which is highly outdated, people didnt seem organized at all. I gave the man my ID and address, he pulls the wrong package, wasnt even how I spelled my name. He then proceeded to tell me nothing is listed under my name, I gave him the tracking number and was told that it was on the truck and they would bring it over to the building within 15 mins. So I waited and a few mins later the man comes back saying that my package was put through circulation and that they couldnt retrieve it for me and to call their delivery dispatch number the next day. I called that number and was told that the package was on a truck AT THE FACILITY but they werent going to retrieve it because it was already packed with other packages. SO WHY in the heck would someone call me from your location saying that I can pick up my package when youre not even going to retrieve it for me? Waste of my time and gas. Very dissatisfied with their service and how it was all handled

Almost ruined my weekend. I ordered a cooler through Amazon, a very nice one, an Orca, $230 20 qt cooler similar to a Yeti. Following the tracking which says: "Palatine, IL, United States 07/28/2016 6:23 A.M. Destination Scan 07/28/2016 4:38 A.M. Arrival Scan" According to UPS, this means it was scanned and placed on the truck at 6:23 A.M. The package is not delivered on Thursday, and I have it changed for Friday pickup but the package never makes it off the truck and I am supposed to pick it up Friday at night. I needed the cooler Friday, during the day so I could be in Wisconsin on Friday night. I am forced into going to a local store and buying a Yeti instead for the weekend. UPS later explained that the package was lost. My guess is that it was not lost, but rather stolen. Not hard for a UPS truck to meet a friend at a current scheduled delivery or pickup location and for a box to fall off the back of the truck. All the while, I am calling over there, trying to figure out if I will ever see my cooler, never did, and they are giving me wrong phone numbers to call which are for vacation stuff and not other UPS lines. The following Monday I call and the package is no where to be found. Waste of time dealing with them.

First off, I find it troublesome that one of the biggest delivery systems in the country doesnt check to see if the sender (T-Mobile) has entered a valid address until the day it is supposed to be delivered. Then you have to sign up for My UPS just to change it, but then the website is so flawed that it does not allow you to change your address forcing you to change the delivery all together. When you call them to see if there is any easy solution they transfer you before you even finish describing your issue. The person they transfer you to does the same thing, but transfers you to no one and leaves you waiting on the phone for a half hour for no reason. Such unprofessionalism from a widespread company is pathetic. Seeing the other negative reviews for this location just add to the frustration. The people working here clearly have a history of this and yet nothing will likely improve. Stay away from this location if at all possible, sadly I know that isnt an option for most people.

Terrible customer service. Moved to a new home 3 weeks ago, and UPS cannot manage to deliver anything. They even altered our correct address, and, of their own doing, put a label with our PREVIOUS address on it, then Delivered the package to an old address where we no longer live. No one is taking any responsibility to correct these mistakes. They simply "note the account," for now the 5th time with no corrective actions or apologies. I drove an hour today to pick up the package at our old address, where it had been sitting in the rain. So much for overnight delivery. Apparently they just deliver it wherever they want!

Im not sure why other people have such a bad experience here. Im not an experienced "Shipper" so around the holidays I came in to find a very modest line of about 2 people ahead of me. Considering I live in the neighborhood and we are mostly busy professionals, I just expected it more crowded. Anyway, they helped me with the computer, printing labels, packaging my things etc. All with a smile. Another time I was waiting on a very sensitive package and missed the truck. I came in just as the truck came back for the evening and they took the time to go look for my package. That is service. These people are awesome.

If I had a chance to mark no star, this place would get a zero from me. My company needed a package delivered on the day they had promised for a job that has to go out tomorrow in the AM. Then I get a notification that THIS BRANCH had LOST this package. Not good. Not good for anyone. When I called, (2x) because once they blew me off and never returned my call, they were completely unwilling to work with me. Clearly these people know nothing of how business works and when you mess something up, YOU FIX IT. Novel concept. But no, these people were unable to execute in their own jobs. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
