In response to the review below....I am an employee at The UPS Store in Mundelein. Obviously you can ship UPS at The UPS Store. The UPS Stores are retail locations that are franchises & we are unable to process shipping on an individuals or companys UPS account number or an account number they may have been given by a recipient or third party. We are only able to use the stores own account number for shipping. We are not corporate UPS & have no access to their systems. Whenever someone comes in with an account number we explain this to them. We also tell them that if you have your own account you can produce a label on your computer & drop off the package. If it is someone elses account they can produce the label for you & fax it or email it to the store and we will print it out. If they cant get a label sent to them from the recipient or third party we also suggest they might be able to get a blank waybill from a driver or in a drop box since we dont carry them because of the risk of fraud. Occasionally we have a customer that cant accept the fact that we are just not able to use a corporate account number. We do everything possible to be helpful & friendly to all of our customers, whether they are dropping off or shipping at our store.

Rude staff who talk down to you but regardless I remained polite but persistent in trying to cancel a shipment I made through them. They lied and directed me to UPS customer service. If you purchase shipping from a store you can only cancel through them. I understand why you can only cancel through them and I have no problem with that but when I tried they would not cooperate and lied to me telling me I need to call UPS Corporate which can cancel your package but its an unnecessary step considering the store can do it themselves. They are nice enough when you purchase something from them but when you need to cancel they turn into totally different people in regards to customer service. They basically turn into the DMV where they make it so difficult you give up. They will also try and charge you the most expensive price to ship they can. If you do ship from this store insist you know all of your options or better yet print your own label from home. I am in customer service myself and I deal with a lot of rude and entitled customers all day and I would never treat them the way I was treated here.

Owners have awful attitude. Worst location Ive been to yet. I told them if I dont need a receipt why do I have to stay and supervise them taping a box. They didnt have the lady wait in front of me while I waited 20 minutes for the computer illiterate man to type up labels. The woman replied that Im incompetent and should have taped it AND should have used my brain before I made the purchase I am now returning. The baby girl died when I went into early labor.. So I was accused of being incompetent for returned baby clothes........ Wow.. Like I said very rude. The man also asked for my ID. I replied its in the car and he has no use for that otherwise the 6 people that just came and dropped off their boxes shouldve done the same. Had the worst attitude with me and I will never give them my business again.

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Have gone in one 3 occasions and this final time will be my last. The woman working was disrespectful and rude. Not knowledgeable when I asked her very basic shipping questions and in my opinion tried to deliberately rip me off. She attempted to charge me well over 135.00 dollars for a package I shipped from the UPS in Palatine for 60.00. Never again will I shop at this facility and I will continue to share my bad experience with neighbors and friends on all of my social media web sites.

I went to this location for the first time. I live in Vernon Hills and actually the LIbertyville location is closer but Ive had some issues with the staff there. I walked in, was greeted immediately and a friendly lady took care of my shipping the router back to AT&T. She was courteous and I was happy with her service. As long as I continue getting good service I will continue to go here for all my shipping needs.

I rent a box from this location so Im in the store every few days. I always get prompt emails when I get a package. This is very important to me because many of my packages are meds for my wife and myself. The manager, Tom, is always helpful as are his employees. I could not be any more satisfied with their service and I reccommend them without reservation.

We own our own business and use UPS all the time. We use many of the UPS locations, including the Mundelein UPS store. By far this is our favorite UPS location to use. The sales staff was not helpful at all. Was not able to ship ups at the ups store! Owner was nasty and treated the customer as a waste of her time. I would never go there again!!
