Went to this location for a new muffler, and tail pipe. Muffler and tail pipe was replaced at another Car-X location four years ago. Muffler was under the life time warranty. When they looked at the exhaust system they told me they had to replace the catalytic converter along with the muffler as the connection to the converter was rusted away. Took my car to a local repair shop and they had no problem replacing just the muffler and tail pipe. Also the price was 40% cheaper than it cost me 4 years ago.
