Well-intentioned but misses the mark. The egg cocotte dish I ordered, while tasty, appeared ro be missing half the ingredients and the grits were gummy and congealed as if they had been sitting out in a pan for some time. Espresso was watery and weak. I mentioned both the egg dish and grits to the server who did not pass the feedback on to the owner. No one stopped by to address my comments or adjust the bill. The jumbled crepes were good with an excellent mix of sugar and cinnamon filling. 25 minutes to get food seemed like a long wait for breakfast even though we were the first customers there when the restaurant opened. Owner/manager was busy making crepes and didnt check with customers at all. Servers were pleasant enough but overall a very disappointing meal.

This is the closest to a French cafe of its kind without traveling to France (and I frequently travel to France). It reminded me of a place in Nice in food and ambience. I went there with my family and ordered a galette (a Breton buckwheat crepe) which tasted the exact same that I had there. I wasnt too keen on the quiche that my son ordered - a bit lax in flavor and small. Desserts are delicious. Service was very good and we had an overall pleasant time. I wish I could put 1/2 a star more. The only reason for 4 1/2 is that the prices on some of the food items could be better (although the items are no more expensive than those in French cafes). The ingredients (as far as we could tell) were fresh and seemed to be locally grown. We would return.

Went here for breakfast today. My wife has been trying to get me here for over a year, and it finally worked out. Great little spot, kind of hidden, in downtown Geneva. In a city filled with little hidden places, this one is one that deserves to be known! I was going to go for an omlette only, until the specials were announced, at which point I had to try the biscuits and gravy that was on the specials menu for the day. Im glad that I did! Holy smokes! Amazing! My wife had the cold cucumber soup that was on special that day. She usually gets the breakfast soup, and says its fantastic, but she decided to try this one today. Were both glad she did! Wife also got the baguette french toast, which was delicious. This place is a home run!

Chez Moi is a superb experience! Nothing negative about this cafe. Martin & Brian are respectful, young gentlemen, plus thoroughly accomplished with all they do - the food & presentation, coffee, beverages, excellent, to enjoy, while observing the tranquil atmosphere, or to go, yummy candy, cookies, baked items to stay or take home - this establishment is beyond clean, service an A+! Ill be back to share Chez Moi with my son, Mike, to celebrate his birthday. Rileys Drugstore speaks highly of their neighbor, as well as I & of Rileys, also. I find it so convenient to visit both at once. Love It !!

This is the worst place I had experienced in Geneva. The food is expensive and small. The staffs are rude and slow in their service. Their food is far from authentic French; crepes are dry and quiches are wet. For someone who lived in Paris for 10 years, this is a joke. Only reason I went there was for their coffee and location convenience. However, the worst part comes from their business system. The owner works in the kitchen and control the portion of each costumer. If you ask your coffee to be refilled often, you will realize some part of your food portion will be reduced at your next visit!

The galettes are so delicious, and I love the fresh little salad that accompanies the galette with perfect dressing. The French toast is to die for! Excellent, attentive service and charming decor. My husband and I love to go there for a leisurely Saturday morning breakfast. He really likes the coffee and fresh fruit too.

Chez Mois catered my Friday night wedding. The powerhouse woman in charge delivered it herself and gave me a hug before my ceremony! She told me I looked beautiful. She was sweet and knowledgeable from the beginning! She was wonderful to work with and everyone loved the food! Highly recommend!

The coffee is great, and my meal was delicious. I look forward to trying everything else on the menu! As for the atmosphere, its superb. Half of the place is filled with natural sunlight while the other have is dimmer and is perfectly lit to feel very comfortable. This is a wonderful cafe.

Great place for breakfast! My wife and I have been here twice for breakfast and it is very nice. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is very nice as well. Also they do have a kids menu so it is a kid friendly place.

Very good food, very courteous staff. It has a pleasant cafe feel. The French menu is a great cross section of breakfast and lunch specialties. Great coffee.
