Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a chicken parm at 6:10. Told it would be ready in 30 min. Showed up 6:45 and was told it would be a couple more mins. Ok no problem but at 7 I asked how long and was told 3 more minutes. 7:15 rolls around just a couple more min I was told again and I can see the chicken parm sitting in the warmer since I walked in at 6:45. At 7:25 I just asked for my money back the girl says her manager will be right out 7:30 finally she just gives me my money back and we head for portillos. This is not the same wise guys that was on Randall. Someone may have bought the name but it has to be different owners. Do yourself a favor and find another pizza place this one is terrible.

Great service, great food. I always go here in the summer for lunch. I have had their fried mushrooms, wings, pizza and pasta. Everything is great and they are so friendly. When I worked on that side of the shopping center, I did not like to use my jobs restroom (gas station bathroom). They always let me use their restroom with no questions. They also let me watch Bulls and Blackhawks games inside while they were beginning to close. All in all one of the best pizza places in the Fox Valley!

Very poor customer service. Ordered pizza at 6 for delivery at 7:30. At 7:50 no pizza. Called to figure out what was going on. They said it would be another 20 minutes. No offer to throw in some bread sticks or free delivery or anything to compensate for their poor planning. Manager couldnt have cared less when I spoke with him. Very disappointed. Was considering them for team party but they lost that chance.

Dont be fooled. Wise Guys went out of business (old Randall Rd location) and Pasta Mia took the name. Had it tonight. NOTHING like Wise Guys pizza. Same old crappy pizza that Pasta Mia served. The name was synonymous with the best pizza in town and now its crap. Funny thing, when I called to ask if it was the same pizza as the old location, they said yes!! Pass on this one.

Weve had good experiences in the past. Tonight, we ordered two sandwiches and an appetizer for pick-up. We ordered at 7:20, my wife arrived on her way home from work to pick up at 7:40, they told me it would be 35-40 minutes. It took ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES for them to complete the order. Gotta do better than that, folks.

By far the best local pizza in South Elgin. We had ordered from Italian dreams before their quality declined. Rosattis, Giordanos, Ginos, Nancys and Aurelios. None have delivered a consistently hot, fresh and tasty pizza like Pizza Cucina. Keep up the great job.

I know pizza. Ive been around pizza since I was a little guy. Let me tell you. Because you dont know. You think you know but you dont. This pizza is really good. No actually its great. For the price and what you get is awesome. My favorite is the BBQ Joe.

If you like thin crust pizza and you live out here, this is the only place that passes. it is good pizza/ bordering on great. but head and shoulders above the rest of the places in the area. would highly reccomend the thin crust.

great pizza...unless you order early on monday, you will wait at the restaurant for an hour (at least). also they charge for extra sauce 15%..not an extra item on menu, but they hit you anyway. again ...great pizza

Horrible service! We waited almost 20 minutes for the server to come to our table and we were the only party in the dinning room. Employees could care less about their job, let alone their customers!

Pretty busy for a Friday night but it was good to see local business getting support. Pizza smelled good. I picked it up for a friend who just had a baby and wanted Wise Guys. She said it was yummy!

Weve ordered pizza and other Italian dishes from Wise Guys Pizzeria a number of times, with good results always. The home made Lasagna is absolutely delicious, there is none better any where.

This is one of our favorite pizza places in Elgin. Dont take our word for it, try them out yourself. They have a great combination of sauce and crust that makes this pizza DA BOMB!
