I shopped at the Cermak a couple doors down from this location and needed a fork for my seafood salad. I asked the girl at the counter for a fork...a simple plastic fork. She told me that the forks are for the salads only and that if needed one I could buy something. I told her that, that was petty. She responded with, "you can go to the dollar store and buy plastic forks there." I find this to be very rude, discourteous, and unprofessional as a former Sandwich Artist myself.

I eat subway religiously and I tried to get a sub at this location at 945pm and they had the doors locked already. They say they are open until 10pm false advertising. This location will never see my money.

Very clean and fresh food. I go here sometimes to pick up breakfast or lunch. Have never had any problems with my order and the employees seem to be on their toes with a smile.
