Let me preface this comment by saying that this review will be confusing. Lets get this out of the way, the food here is as good as it gets as far as a fast food chain can be that essentially serves only a few items. Conclusion: FOOD GOOD. The confusing part about this location is that the service is so good that it borderlines on creepy. All the employees feel very fake and scripted when interacting with you, when the customer says "Thank You" their is an immediate robotic response of "MY PLEASURE!!!!". You can hear "MY PLEASURE!!!!" throughout your entire meal. It is really bizarre and I kind of felt like I was in a brainwashed christian youth camp that served fried chicken as well. Think about the fact that I took the time to write this about a fast food place.

Good sandwiches and I love the waffle fries. The way the menu is set up is STUPID! I like a spicy chicken sandwich but not the deluxe version. They dont have that listed as say a number 6 and then the deluxe would be a 7. So I have to tell a story in order to get the sandwich I want and they regularly gove me the wrong sandwi h because of it. A chik fil a in Schaumburg has each sandwich listed. For instance a regular chicken sandwich is a #1 and then the deluxe version is a #2. Then the grilled varieties would be #3 and the deluxe would be #4 and so on. Its idiotic! each location is not set up like this.

OUTSTANDING! I drive-thru about 99% of the time, but the one time I took my little girls inside to play in the play place really showed the level of customer service. Juggling a pair of excited girls under 4 and a diaper bag, I forgot my wallet in the car. I didnt realize until I place my order. Willing to run out and get it the cashier told me there was no need, our order was on the house! It was extremely gracious and made my night. Staff was friendly and attentive refilling our drinks and removing our trash. Not only will I continue coming back, but Ill also make a point to dine inside!

We took our food home and when we arrived we realized they forgot an item. We called and they apologized and took my dads name and told us they would give us a free meal next time we came. Next time we came, my dad said his name and began talking with the manager. We were telling them that we go across town to chick fil a because they have very friendly service and great food. And even though we pass about 30 fast foods places on the way there we still go to chick fil a. The manager then gave us our whole order for free.

Awesome place where Ill stop often when showing real estate in the area. Free wifi to use to research property. Great food ALWAYS and friendly service. Free refills on drinks. Great iced tea (sweet or unsweet) and excellent coffee. Spicy Chicken Deluxe with well done crispy fries, Chick-fil-A sauce and finishing off with a warm chocolate chunk cookie is the perfect lunch! Drive thru is quick and accurate when Im on the run and need a quick meal

On any other occasion, Id give them 5 stars. Their food is always delicious, and the servers/team members are polite, friendly, and smiling. This visit our order was not accurate, which might happen once in a while when theyre busy. We ordered grilled and received fried (we had two people out of three who have gluten allergies.) The order was corrected. Well be back.

Love this place!!! I planned a special Valentines dinner at home for my family of 8, but when our power went out and my ovens wouldnt turn on, we stumbled into Chick-fil-A hungry. Staff went above and beyond and made our day! The manager even gave us two catering trays of nuggets so we could have dinner the next night! God bless her!!!

Great for a fast food price, youll pay ten bucks for a meal but its good stuff. Staff is fake friendly at times, which is weird, but thats a corporate policy they have to follow for a paycheck. If youre tired of the usual fast food junk, go here. If youre self esteem is low, have a chat with one of the workers here. ;}

I have a friend who is in serious need of help, no job and no place to stay.. I explained the situation to Kelly S (wonderful young lady!) and she gave me cards for a free meal for him. I cannot express how happy I am, Chick-fil-a employees never fail to go above and beyond to help their customers.

The best place to eat their employees are very friendly and courteous, they bring your food to the table, ask if you want more refill, if everything is fine, the restaurant is very clean, has a place for children to have fun and their food is excellent 100% recommend

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. The staff is friendly, polite, and attentive. Shout out to Corey, he was great. Everyone looks like they actually care about their job. Its refreshing having a fast food restaurant with such good qualities. Thanks guys. Will be back.

Not sure what the hype is all about. The chicken is good, but its nothing to shout about. The fries are decent, but would be better if they were seasoned. Service is nice, but not as nice as the internet would have you believe. All and all, its a decent place. Just nothing stellar.

Without question, the best chicken sandwich around. I suppose this isnt too surprising considering its their specialty. This location has always been great. Its always clean and quick service. My wife and I will drive past 10 other fast food restaurants just to come to Chick-fil-A.

The staff are super friendly Clare is super nice to me every time I come over from work for my work Dinner break and the food is always amazing the atmosphere is great Im glad I could enjoy this place during my training at my job i will miss it when I change store locations

great service, great food! they forgot one item in our order and we called the manager. he decided for all the trouble, he would deliver the items (which he doubled) to our home. it was so generous and decent of him. we must felt like we had to share!

Service is ok and food is ok. 50% of the time I carryout they forget some part of my order. Chicken fingers always have a chunk of fat on every single one.
