I ran over a pothole in my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Tire popped and all. Now you say go back to Volkswagen ? Well the ESP light came on and it would not go straight. In the past I repaired 1 lower ball jount at VW for over $1500! The key is the computer communication to clear the codes and realign the steering sensor so that the ESP system stays out of a fault status. Parts needed strut, lower ball joint, control arm, upper strut mount sway bar links, remove and replace all that and align and reset the ESP and ABS sensors. They have the top of the line Snapon computer to talk to the car and get all the parts in the correct place. All this and DAILY communication about status and the ordered parts for a price a THIRD less than VW! Other shops including NTB who fixed the tire "go back to volkswagen " "We cant fix that" Other quotes included "Front crossmember bent $5000" and "Transmission must be removed $6000" and "our scanner cannot talk to your car sorry" They got the necessary software at no charge to me and scanned and repaired. The car now works great. Thanks

What a place! Hebron Auto Repair bravo!! While keeping costs down and my vehicle on the road he always shows me what the problem is with my car and gives me options, and when the repairs are complete he shows me the old parts with out asking ... my front suspension was making a squeaking sound over bumps when i brought it in he told me that the stabilizer links were causing this noise and it would be 135.00 for new ones installed, I said go ahead ..when i picked the vehicle up Charlie gave me the key and said no charge they were able to grease them ...what a place, he could of just changed them anyway but didnt ...good honest mechanic with great knowledge..thanks Charlie! Also he can get a good discount on a rental car through Enterprise if my car needs serious repair.

The guy is ok, but he will nickel and dime you! Went in for a routine $25 oil change, thats all I asked him to do. He ended up charging me close to $30 to top off various fluids! For what he charged me to top off fluids I could have bought new fluids for everything he topped off and just flushed and replaced all the fluids. Now I understand materials are money, but one I didnt ask for it, two you didnt ask if you could perform the service I didnt ask for (phones work buddy use them!), three at least make the prices reasonable, four I can pour a bottle just as well as you can! I had him do the oil change as a convenience for me, not because I dont know how to. I can do all my own auto work I just choose not to.

Thank you for all the help!!! Charlie is great at what he does. I bought a older car and he has made it run great! i was shopping around to get the best prices and he gave me a free estimate and really made sure that i was taken care of. Now the only time i have to go in is for my oil change that is under $20.
