Have to agree with the other posts on here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If your shipping use UPS and save yourself and the other person the hassle of worrying about getting the package and actually having to get it yourself. They had my package at their main distribution center, I called in to the corporate 800 number to ask them to transfer it over to a closer fed ex location, they told me it would be a problem and that it would be there the next day. The following day the package wasnt delivered to that location so I called in again and to make sure it was still being shipped to the office closer to me. I was told that it was no longer a possibility and that I had to go to the main office which is located much farther. After speaking with multiple representatives I was finally able to have one of them transfer the package to a closer location. A few hours later, about an hour before they closed. I got a call from the Hillside distribution center saying that they would not be able to send the package to a closer location and that if i didnt pick it up at the hillside location before closing time of 9pm it would be sent back to the shipping company! In the end i had to go out there and spent more money in tolls and gas then the shipping cost was to begin with. I will use UPS going forward for all my shipping needs in the future and I hope you do to!

I ordered several items off of Amazon that were supposed to be grouped together and shipped by FedEx, the bundle of items never showed up. The package had a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff in it and the driver delivered it to the wrong address. I then was contacted by the Hillside facility who kept trying to tell me it was delivered to the side door of my house which doesnt even exist! Then I was also told that the driver tried to stop by to explain what had happened and he did not. Terrible customer service! I also lived in a different area prior too where I live now and I had the same experience happen at a different address! I dont know what it will take to get FedEx to fix their drivers and delivering accurately. I also order things online, maybe 30-50 items per year and so far UPS has had a perfect record for delivering accurately and when they say the will. Speaking of which Amazon also bundled the other half of my order into another package that was to be delivered by UPS and it was delivered on the same day, while the Fedex one was not! I mean come on!

Ive never seen someone put so much effort into screwing up so completely. Its like theyre trying to win an award for the worst customer service ever. Every time time someone ships something to me via FedEx, I cringe. I have to take an entire day off of work and sit in my dining room waiting for the delivery driver to not knock or ring the door bell. I cant begin to tell you how many times Ive caught their delivery drivers walking up to my house with the "customer not home door tag already filled out but with no package in their hands". They seem to be very professional at quietly opening my gate, sneaking up to the door and gently placing the door tag on the door and getting out of my yard before even my cat knows theyve been there. A rating of "Poor" doesnt even begin to describe their service. As I write this, I just got screwed by them yet again and am waiting on a call back from their Hillside location to tell me that there is no possibility of them redelivering my package today and that Ill have to drive there and pick it up myself.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. To begin, I order with EXPRESS 2-DAY SHIPPING. My package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, it was even out for delivery, yet it was not delivered. Okay, I still understanding that the courier was not able to deliverer all packages. My package is back out for delivery on Friday. I even called FedEx to make sure my package was going to be delivered, and the rep stated it would. My package was not delivered. The delivery date is now next week Tuesday! Whoever the drivers are working for this location are a complete joke. I have already filed a complaint and will be following up until something is done. This unacceptable service, and I for one will not allow this. If you are shipping a package, use the UPS, United States Postal Service, or even Amazon Delivery!

I should have learned by experience, not the first time a next day air package was not delivered by driver. Once again they left a door tag saying no one was available to receive my critical shipment. You can not call a terminal or get a hold of anyone who has direct contact with drivers if your life depended on it. We installed two dock door bells to make it easy for drivers to notify us if they had deliveries. Guess FedEx drivers were not trained to push buttons?? I will due my best to tell everyone of my customers To NEVER use FedEX for anything but envelopes. Maybe we should all join a class action lawsuit for false advertising

Fedex is the WORST shipping company I have ever dealt with! Shame on Apple for using them as a service! I have been tracking my package, and as of today it is sitting in this facility which is literally NINE MINUTES from the delievery address, yet they refuse to deliver it until 5 days from now!! Are you kidding me?! Worse yet, I cant pick it up because they tell me they have to attempt a delivery in 5 days first before they can release it. WHAT?! Its MY PACKAGE! How does this company even stay in business?? Make sure you that the next time you order something, the company you order from uses anything other than FedEx.

I called FedEx and told them I wouldnt be home for the "final" delivery, although they never rang our doorbell once for the prior two deliveries. They still decided to deliver the package the day I knew I couldnt be home. Now I have to drive 40 minutes EACH WAY to pick up this package. This company has messed up so many personal and work deliveries for my company, we are going to stop using them. The way they expect people to drive an hour and 20 minutes round trip to pick up a package after paying for shipping is ridiculous. I will never use FedEx ever again. I have never had any problems with UPS or USPS.

Fedex is the worst package delivery service I have seen till now. They do not ring the apartment bell, they do not go to leasing office and they update tracking status that attempt was made and no one was available. There is no door tag too (That means they did not attempt at all). Every time I have a fedex package, I have to go pick it up. Fedex has worst package delivery employees and worst management who hires these kind of employees. I never missed a package from USPS, UPS and Amazon Delivery. Fedex delivery guys are lazy, do not do their job and do not understand how it could impact the customer.
