My girlfriend had a really scary experience with one of your delivery drivers today. I forgot she had the day off and I thought it wasnt getting delivered until Friday. He got buzzed in by a neighbor and he comes banging on our door intensely aggressive. When my girlfriend texted me to find out if I was expecting anything I told her I guess it could be early. She opens the door and he asks "why didnt you open the door" in a scary manner. She explains the situation and he walks away saying "I dont have time for this" He gets the boxes and leaves them there and has her sign but he was so aggressive and rude about it all. He also wasnt in a normal delivery outfit, which understanding so why someone would be afraid to open a door for someone aggressively knocking and yelling. Shes legitimately shook up and understandingly so. Im so beyond mad at this point, my girlfriend is a super innocent soft spoken person and the fact that she was afraid of this man makes me so upset.

Their drivers dropped a 200 lb dresser down my stairs causing $3600 of damage to my home. The drivers then propped the dresser up on broken legs, and ran out of my home without giving me an opportunity to sign paperwork. They then forged my signature to the delivery slip. I called and immediately reported the incident. They initially agreed the signature looked like a forgery, but later recanted and said I shouldnt have singed anything at delivery if I wasnt satisfied. After a month of back and forth their insurance finally paid for the damages, but first I had to provide proof of what my signature actually looks like.

I have never had a poor experience with a delivery company... UNTIL NOW! This Company is absolutely horrible. As long as I can help it, I will never use this company ever again! Every person that I have dealt with at Veterans Distribution is rude and extremely un-intelligent! Its called customer service 101 morons! Good luck to anyone that takes a chance using this horrible company! Staples needs to drop these tards!

Veterans has been delivering a variety of items all the time via their NiteMoves service. They are always friendly,timely and in a proper uniform. Their tracking system and technology are far more superior than the other companies delivering different items to us. We highly recommend Veterans for all of our transportation.

Great customer service, helped me with changing the delivery address and redelivering when I had trouble getting someone to sign for the package. Called me with updates and information about delivery when I asked them to.
