I went in there today to drop off an Amazon return since I was shopping at Marianos and this place is in Garden Market. Ive lived in Western Springs for over 20+ years and have gone to this place off and on since going to high school at LT. Every single time I go in there the owner has been snippy and/or condescending and today was no exception. Normally you place pre-paid boxes on the table. I know this because last time I tried to give it to him at the register I was severely reprimanded and ordered to place my package there. I was also told I would not be getting a receipt for the package even I didnt even ask or think about asking for a receipt. So today I walked in with my head down in shame because I was just dropping off a package and not having it all "pack, wrap, and sent" by him. I started to approach the sacred drop off table and while he was chit chatting with another customer he yells to me, SIR, SIR!!! Give me that package! Now getting yelled at is to be expected here, what I didnt expect was for him to start complaining to the customer about how all "these" people come in all day just to drop off pre-paid packages. I have news for you, Mr. Owner, your shop is listed on the UPS and FedEx websites as an official drop off location. Take yourself off as a designated drop off location and/or get into a new business if you dont like people dropping off pre-paid packages! You cant treat your customers like garbage sir. Next time I will just find a UPS drop off box or drive to the UPS store in LaGrange or FedEx in Countryside instead.

Besides being cut off when Im speaking, I particularly did not like the prices. Priority shipping was almost double than just going to the post office directly. My item to be packaged and shipped was "chucked" into a bin. Needless to say, I am never going back there.
