I was definitely not impressed with my first visit to this facility to pick up a package I had delivered there. The gentleman just stared at me. When I finally realized he was ready for me to speak, I said Im here to pick up a package and he continued to just stare at me. After an awkward 60 seconds I asked what do you need from me? His response, well your name would be a good start. I was not happy about having to explain I didnt know if he actually needed the tracking number or not. I wont be using that facility again

I use this location multiple times a month. The employees seem to work hard, however, due to volume the service there can take long times. I only drop pre-packed pre-labeled envelopes. I need the receipt for my envelopes. Occasionally someone is working on project and other employee servicing walk ins. I have waited up to 15 minutes simply to scan in and get receipt for envelope. Management drops ball on scheduling and training. Need all hands on deck when there is a line of walk ins.

I visited this shop multiple times for work. I like their knowledgeable staff. Prices are a bit high, but someones got to pay these workers what they deserve. If you have to print out a image or paper to copy, my recommendation is storage it on a jump drive first. This way you can avoid the $.50 a minute fee and plug it directly into the copier or for the staff to use.

I believe that, because they are extremely busy at times for the number of employees, they can fall behind on their work. However, once they realize that they havent met expectations they will go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

I came in to ship a package for work, I was helped by Jay who was very helpful. FedEx isnt always so easy-going when you go there I tried to do the survey but the receipt doesnt have the 4 digit code for their store]mooo

They want to charge me 1.5$ each paper to cut the borders from printing. Last time they didnt charge me for 300 papers.
