I went to JDM because it was convient and close when my SUV stalled. I got it running but just barely. I was under time restraints and needed it fixed. Be warned that if they are going to look at your car they charge $110 fee just to look at it. If you choose to have them do the work they do not give you credit for the $110. The fee is added to the total cost. The problem turned out to be that it needed spark plugs. Not a big deal and if i had more time and if the SUV ran i would have done it myself. They charged me about $100 for just the plugs and then $200 for labor. Add that to the $110 fee just to look at it and it comes to $410 just to change the spark plugs. After i pleaded with Larry he did end up taking $50 off the total cast but it was still pretty much a rip off for what they did. I would have thought that it would be standard to knock off the dx. fee if you choose to have them do the work.

This is the auto mechanic shop youve been looking for! So glad we decided to give JDM a try, after many years of living in the area, and many bad experiences with car dealership repairs. We (mom too) use JDM for any and all auto repair needs. We even have them change our oil (free tire rotation incl), which rival all the quick change (I.e. Jiffy lube) centers...in and out in 15 minutes, $27. Very happy with the personable service and reasonable prices. Give them a try!

We were quoted work for over $2,000. We were told that the car was not safe to drive. Turns out that the only thing needed was a $144 battery, after the car was checked out by a master tech who actually used industry standard equipment and measurements. All other parts were in good condition. The brakes that JDM said were bad were only 40% worn. We are very disappointed in their dishonest scare tactics.

I took my car to JDM Automotive for the first time and was very satisfied with the service. Friendly and honest. Found out the problem right away and took care of it. Did not cost me a lot. Fair prices, good and friendly service. I am a single mom and they were very fair and treated me and my car very well and with care.

JDM has fixed my struts, my tires, my breaks, batter, and fuel pump-- even spots other auto mechanics messed up. They are always extremely friendly and reliable, my car is a 14 years old and falling apart everything they have touched in my car works better than it ever has.

Love this place! Ive taken both my cars here for repairs, flat tire, transmission fluid, brake fluid. Theyve always been down to earth, professional, and extremely competitive in pricing. Hands down best auto repair shop Ive ever been too!

was charged a fortune and then they didnt even put my engine back together. instead they tangled all the wires and then just gave up and said here are your keys. DO NOT GO HERE
