I was quoted $250 for two parts plus labor. Was NOT told that they didnt get one part in until past 2 pm and that the other part never came. Nobody could give me a straight answer as to why nobody called to give me an update. I also never received a call when my truck was done being worked on. When I got down there, I looked at my invoice and they tried to charge me MORE for one part plus labor than I was originally quoted for everything. The man conveniently "lost" his original quote that he gave me and tried to convince me that something he wrote down somewhere else was the right one. Also, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. When I called to get an update on the repairs (at 3pm, when I dropped my truck off at 8am), she put the phone down and shouted to the back "its that lady with the truck AGAINNNN". Just because Im a younger woman doesnt mean you can screw me around. Unprofessional all around. Stay away from this place.

Seen the other reviews and reminded me of when I took my 98 ES Intrepid there in Nov 04 for a coolant leak. They put a $2 radiator cap on and charged me almost $30 and said "shes done!" Well, she was done all right. Shes leaked almost immediately and I ended-up spending a grand @ Crown Dodge and got it fixed right. They had to actually keep it overnight: New water pump, replaced one of 2 electric fans, timing belt, motor mount, etc. Wasnt crazy about Crowns high fees, and a mechanic there, Jason, was a real jerk, but at least the car got fixed properly. Duanes Auto is HORRIBLE. DONT take your car here unless youre deaf, dumb & blind, like THEY are!

I have been using Duanes auto center for over 10 years. Now my son is grown and using Duanes. We have taken in every kind of car from a 67 mustang to currently my sons escalade. Duane fixes all problems. One of the very best things is that Duane actually stands behind his work. I recently recommended him to one of my friends and she was amazed at the level of service she received. I cant tell you how much money Duane has saved me over the years. In an industry famous for taking advantage of customers Duane is truly a rare find!

Worst service I have experienced in any auto care business, set an appointment at 1 didnt take my car until an hour and a half later, lied about set price for diagnostics for vehicle, put car in for oil change and diagnostics only did diagnostics gave car back without oil change being done then when asked about it they said to come back next week. Overall the worst place I have ever been too worst customer service I have experienced would never recommend for someone to go here would rate them 0.1 out of 10

hi, i have taken all my cars and those of my roomates and many friends to whom i have referred to and we have all been very happy.duane and his people have always been respectful , honest dependable , forthright and generous with their time and talent. no one is perfect and only one time something had to be taken back and it was fixed at no charge. he also will give a look see most times at no charge at all. this is one that is a keeper..!

Contrary to the review below, we have taken both our cars to Duanes many times, as do all of my co-workers when their cars need work. He has been courteous, quick and has always done a fantastic job getting the job done right the first time. When my husbands truck needed a major repair that we couldnt afford, Duane even gave us a tip that would help us work around the problem saving us a lot of money! I would recommend Duanes anyday!

Duane has worked on every car that I have owned with the best results. Everything from engine rebuilds to electrical. He is wonderful and gets the job done at a reasonable price. My family uses this shop exclusively and always will.

First time we went there and boy did our car need help, and they helped it. They did it quickly for all they needed to do and for a very good price. We plan on taking every other car there for any repairs it needs.

Took my vehicle in to have some repairs done even brought some of the parts and they still charged me for the parts. Also they broke a bolt and still tried to charge me for their mistake. Will not use again.
