Like that they always have plenty of customer service reps there to help. Depends on who you actually encounter that day whether the person is totally helpful. Otherwise I would give them a 5. I was given the wrong part last time. But, all in all, a good place to go for parts since they do put on some things for you if u request it.

Employee are so helpful. I have borrowed tools from them to do a special job. Love it when you need something checked to see if its bad and they do it at no charge. They will put a battery on wiper blades. Great business and I earn bonus money.
