I called to order some new tires and they stated they could have them in the next morning. When asked how long it would take for and alignment and new tires I was quoted about 1 ½ hrs. When I took it in the next morning they stated it would be 3 ½ hrs. I returned 5 hrs later and I had new tires on my truck but they stated they were unable to complete the alignment, but that it was checked and that it did need an alignment. I was headed out on a 1500 mile trip the next day and didn’t want to wear out my new tires and decided to take my car. They said come back in when you get back in town. I called when the first opened on Monday Morning 0700 and they said it should take about 45mins to 1 hr. When I arrived they stated it would be another 3 ½ hrs. So, total time 8 ½ hrs for an alignment and new tires. That was unacceptable, especially when I dropped $650 on new tires. I would not recommend this place especially if you have a life and need to get things done. I ended up not getting my alignment done here and went to Moyers Firestone in Gautier and they were 10 bucks cheaper and were done in less than one hour.

Scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change. Used a coupon for $19.99 oil change and the bill was $30 with added labor and charges.. I waited over an hour inside for a SCHEDULED oil change due to them placing walk ins in front of me. Edit: Dec 2015 the manager contacted me and apologized. He tried explaining that the 8 walk ins that were ahead of me were for simple battery checks and such. And told me oil changes arent fast either. But an hour with an appointment? Either way they apologized and sent me a letter.

I bought a set of tires from this shop a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t like the ride comfort of them. Doug, Josh and the other guys tried re-balancing and stuff but ended up replacing them with a different more expensive set of tires at no extra charge. These guys stand behind their warranty. They go above and beyond to keep satisfied customers. Firestone has an excellent warranty program.

Nice staff, but one simple appointment resulted in multiple headaches. The steadiest car started having constant vibrations after a brakes appt. Went back twice and even got new tires. No fix. Took to another Firestone within a week and found out that not only was one of our wheels bent, but after paying for new tires and an alignment our tires were unbalanced.

Firestone Auto Care these people are located on Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi I take my car here for oil changes and other repair Ive always been treated pretty good the people are friendly sometimes I take a little too long but Ive never had to bring the car back for something they didnt do so I recommend them
