Strong Hands

I gladly give Koels a full 5 star rating. Not cause the shop functions w/ a good work ethic and has experienced, skilled and knowledgeable mechanics. Because Kohl is a 5 star BS artist, And a a pro at the mechanics hustle. Do not bring your vehicle to Koels, Unless you want to be treated like you are of no value to their business and if Youd like to get lied to and ripped off. A shop that which is owned and operator by a petty shister. A 5 star shmoozer who deals in 5 star Persuasion and manipulation... Never bring your auto to a shop where you heare no tools being used, and the mechanics hahas and shirts are whistle clean, even at 4 in the afternoon. Koels, theyve made a lasting business On knowing how to khan and over charge the wealthy and taking advantage of those who have zero auto repair knowledge. Though they will keep your car safe and dry while it sits there For weeks and months till they feel like Diagnosing it. Dot bother w/ that shop... Period. Never leave your car in the hands of mechanic whose hands are cleaner than yours. But they do have free mints and clean bathroos

I am currently in the process of selling my 2006 Toyota Scion XB, a potential buyer was very interested after test driving the car so she asked if she could bring it to a mechanic for them to take a look at it then she was ready to buy. She picked up my car and drove it to Kohls. She had no issues with the vehicle on her 20 minute commute there. She got it there the mechanic lifted it to look at it and now I have a check engine light on and two other lights that are now on that I had no clue were even in my car. I took it back there and demanded them explain and they said the lights were on when they got in it. Now I have lost my sale on the vehicle and I have to come out of pocket to fix this issue when there wasnt an issue at all until they got under my car. I am the only owner of this vehicle I have had it for 6 years and I have never had the check engine light come on. I would not recommend anyone using this mechanic shop.

We were visiting Long Beach on a fishing trip when I had engine trouble with my 2006 Chevy Duramax. I googled random places, looked at a few web sites, and picked Kohl Motors. They towed my truck, immediately began working on it, and fixed it within a couple hours. They whole time we were there, they treated us like family.
