Zellners has been doing work on my vechicles long before he moved to the Collierville location. All the work has been fair and resonable. I have complete trust in Doug. If he says it needed to be repaired or replaced, then the work needs to be done and I dont have to worry that he is trying to do unnecessary work at my expense. I highly recommend Zellner Alignment and Automotive has an honest, competent repair shop.

Not surprising that I can find nothing but 5 stars on any rating site. My only complaint is that they dont do everything. If they did, Id never have to bring my car anyplace else, ever! I may be becoming cynical but Joe may be the last honest man in his field. If you go anywhere else, there is a good chance that you will regret it. I will certainly be back. I only wish that I could add a 6th star!

Great Shop, Honest, fair and does great work. He replaced the front struts on my Infiniti and it drives and sounds like new.I have used Doug for many years when he was at Zellner on White Station and now at his new location. I was always certain the work would be done right and for a reasonable price.
