I arrived at 7:03 a.m. to drop off my car to have a tire change. There were already 2 other customers there waiting as it is to open at 7 a.m., but no Walmart employee is there to help any of us until about 10 after. After dropping off my keys, I tell them I will wait in the store. After being told it would take about an hour, I go check and I see the van on the lift getting worked on. After another 60 minutes pass, I go back again to check, as I havent been paged. The keys are sitting there, but there is no paperwork. It takes another 10 minutes for them to get everything together. Total time for the 60 minute single tire change: 140 minutes. It was pretty much standard Walmart customer service.

i just wanted to know how much it would be for some of their services ... was left on hold .... after ten min i gave up ... lol my fault for trying to use them instead of gateway lol

Great place! Text book and best practice information on oil changes and tires. Staff I met was knowledgeable and helped me with long road use.
