Went in for an oil change on a Tuesday and needed a motor on Friday. When truck stopped on me on my way home from work and an officer was dispatched to assist me because of my truck holding up traffic he asked me to pop hood and he checked my oil, for him to find that my oil was over filled. I had to get truck towed home and when wrecker picked truck up he showed my father that oil was leaking everywhere. After calling and talking to 2 managers the corporate number and meeting with one of the managers and the owner they finally got it towed to their shop after saying if they get it and it wasnt their fault I would have to pay tow bill. Of course I knew they would say it was something that they didnt do!! After receiving my truck to the shop on the same day I received a call back from Brandon asking if someone tried to add oil to the truck(nonworking truck might I add) and saying they did find some new oil leaking but they couldnt tell why. I told him no, why would someone try to add oil? He then goes on to tell me that they couldnt get motor to work so I needed a new one and that he would try his very best to get me a good deal for a motor. I received a car the next day from Brandon quoting me a price of $2900 for me to pay to get motor put it. Of course I declined because I went in for a oil change and now need my motor replaced. Not to mention they want me to reimburse them for the tow bill. I called corporate office back and still havent gotten anywhere. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use them!!

I went to Meineke one Saturday morning. I arrived and my car was fine. It took them forever to get my car serviced. I had already been waiting almost 1hr and 45 minutes. Meineke wrecked my car and admitted that they did it. I called 4 times regarding the issue. When I called corporate nothing was settled. I never recieved a call back from Brent, the store manager but once. I faithfully called Brent and he kept giving me the run around. I told him to let me see the footage and tapes. He gave me the run around for 2 weeks. While calling every 2 days, he kept telling me that he was unavailable and he was booked up. We finally set a meeting date at 7:30AM. I get there and he tells me the tape is deleted. He swore to me that the take didnt show anything, I diligently asked could I see the tape! Never got to see it. NEVER SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH HERE!!!!

For the record we have serviced over 7,000 vehicles in 13 years of business and have only these handful of complaints. This shop is locally owned by two families that have been in the Tupelo community for Almost 3 decades. We appreciate our customers and do what is ethically and morally correct when an issue does arise, which is the reason why I think we have so few complaints. 99.8% of our customers are completely satisfied with the services we provide and we have been platinum certified in customer satisfaction for all 13 years.

The worst service Ive ever had went in to get my car done the credit card machine declined my card Im with my kids I asked the lady could I go to the ATM and get the money she responded no because the car cant leave until we get paid for I said man my kids are here I just want to go get your money and paid I can send one of the guys with you like I was actually trying to steal service from them all black people are not broke they need better customer service

Meineke ruined my Nissan Xterra. I took it in because it was running hot and now it wont run at all. The head gasket is blown, among other things, and they will take no blame or give me any money back. The call center, for the most part, has been of no help whatsoever. Im out $700 and my car is worse than when I took it there - at least then I could drive it! They have lied to me over and over again about what was actually wrong, and dont care.

Meineke of Tupelo, MS ruined my 1996 Ford Explorer by incorrectly installing a cv axle, which led to the front differential breaking down. Now Im not only out the $2200 that they charged me to fix the problems caused by thier shop but now Im out another $1000 to replace the front differential. Stay away from this business unless you have money to spare and have no concern for your own life. They will send you out in a dangerous vehicle!

Dodge ram stopped running about 163 miles from this location, called them yesterday to see if they could squeeze in getting it fixed. Had it towed here late last night, they got to me first thing in the morning and let me know it was the fuel pump and had it changed within a couple hours. These guys are awesome. I appreciate you guys working on it with such short notice and getting me taken care of so I can get back to Kansas City.

Dont go here!!! They installed some new parts and I got my car back with missing bolts, clips, and not working properly and they refused to look over the problems that I was still having that related to their install. There customer service hotline is a joke as well. steer clear, there are plenty of other places in town that have to be better than this one.

I just brought my car in for brake repair. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and they brought me to the car to show me the problems that needed to be fixed. When I couldnt afford to fix every problem today, they worked with me to replace the parts that couldnt wait at an affordable price. I will definitely be returning here to finish the repairs.

Went on Veterans Day got a free oil change and even though they were packed with basically free business that day, the workers had the most respectful attitude. It was crazy busy and I wouldve not been as nice, but they still treated me as if I had them rebuild a Porsche for me not just a free oil change.

I was traveling through Tupelo to Las Vegas and thought I was having transmission problems. Stopped here and these guys went out of their way to check and give me peace of mind that they found nothing wrong. Cant thank them enough. No charge. We made it fine.
