Was not greeted at the door because the person sitting at the desk was sluggishly contemplating his poor life choices to work there. Explained what was happening with my vehicle and said I think I needed a new battery but I explained I wasnt a gear head. He offered up no solutions, didnt ask any questions and did NOT GIVE ME A PRICE UP FRONT. They swapped my battery in about 45 mins and then charged me $150, which I thought was a little steep. The price wouldnt have been that big of a deal had my car not died literally 48 hours later from the exact same problem. Thanks Auto Tech! You guys seem to like to take the fastest route to get those pesky customers out your door without even considering looking for a deeper problem? No thanks, I dont need to make the same mistake by coming back to you when Merlins is infinitely better.

worst place ever my best friend went there a little while ago and they charge her 1100 dollars to do the rear brakes. I went to Autozone bought everything I need for the front brakes cost me less than $300 took me less than an hour in this is the second time Ive ever done breaks in my entire life. its kind of sad when I call a Chevy dealership and they did my front and rear brakes for less than $500 if you need something done but you arent rich go to a Chevy or Ford dealership and have them do it. if you won the lottery and you like watching money basically burn on fire then bring your car in money to this place but dont expect whatever you have them do to last more than five months

7am Early start. These fellas are on the ball! One of the best things about Auto Tech is just that. Answered the Phone at exactly 7:01AM and had all the right answers. Need a tire mount quickly because we are down to only one vehicle and these guys had it done within minutes! No B.S. straight more than satisfactory service and even with a smile. Quality parts - Quality service - and they get the job done right! Thanks soo much for helping me out quickly and efficiently. My family has been taking their cars to the Huntley location since they opened. Over the years the service and workmanship has declined drastically. The mechanics either break something, they dont perform a service and they charge you for it, or the service takes hours to complete. I guess you get what you pay for and personally I would rather pay more and know it is done right. I have small children driving in my car and their shortcuts are too costly. This place is incompetent and I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

I have had my cars serviced at the Huntley location numerous times and there is one word that I am always left with that sets this group apart from other service centers, Honesty. The Huntley Auto Tech group has consistently been honest with what work needs to be done and what does not. The staff is always helpful and makes a point to make sure you understand the issue and the resolution. This is my go to place to handle all of my cars service needs, you should check it out! These guys are awesome! I have a very busy schedule, and they were very accommodating and were able to fit me in when it worked for me. These guys were also very fast. I needed a couple of tires replaced, and they were done before I even knew they had started! While I was there, I also found out that they are family-run, which explains the great personal service. A huge thank you to Arelyn and your team, I will definitely be back for my next services!

Amazing!!!! The costumer service I received was second to none. I was looking for a leveling kit and new tires for my SUV, I looked at alot of places and got alot of quotes. Auto Tech not only beat all the other quotes but went way out of there way to make sure I as happy. It is hard to find many places now in days that actually treat you like a person. My appointment is in the next couple of days so I will post how everything goes.

Giving one star is overrating !! Horrible customer service given by Aryn! When i went to get my oil changed; they did NOT ask me which brand of synthetic I wanted, nor did they describe my options did NOT add any fluids I was out of!! After I left my check engine light went on! Aryn made it MY issue-did NOT resolve the issue-TOTALLY uncaring-will NEVER go back-will stick with Juffy Lube-where they KNOW HOW to treat customers!!!

Simply oil change took almost 2 hours even though they got my car in quickly and I told him I had wait it took almost 2 hours to do in royal james not eveneven though they got my car in quickly and I told him I had wait it took almost 2 hours to do the work were not even courteous enough to tell me that it would be a wait

Car broke down, AAA offered my choice in repair shop..called most of huntleys repair shops to find auto techs the cheapest and most friendly of all the auto repair shops in the area. Also I was limited for time and they got me In and out of their quick . All around great experience...as far as car failure goes.

I have been taking my car to Auto Tech for about the last year for oil changes. They have also helped me out with replacing a tire from a bolt getting stuck in it and also a battery replacement. Great service and I feel they are very trustworthy. Thanks Auto Tech!

Needed 4 tires, alignment and an oil change. In and out within an 1 1/2 hours and saved cash verses other local tire dealers, including Sams and Costco. Service people are extremely polite and professional. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Dont come here unless you want to waste 8 hours of your time while they change 2 tires on your car. Besides that the chairs are pretty comfy.
