I didnt end up using this location, but my review is based upon the phone experience. I believe the initial contact to be an important part, so feel free to call and get your own experience, however: I called and asked if they had time that day without an appointment to install 4 new tires which would fix a whooshing on my old tires. The careless drone voice on the other end had a response of "umm yeah, can you drop it off?" My reply was "uhh, would that job need to be kept overnight?" His response was "well we need to figure out whats wrong with it." I was thinking to myself, um Im an amateur car guy who does most things myself, and I know that old unbalanced tires can be cured with new tires in 1.5 hours like most places, so I said "Ok" politely. He proceeded to ask for my information and at the end he said "alright" and hung up. Not a big deal or some blunder of a job, but the way he sounded let me know that this is not someone I want to deal with when dropping off or picking up my car. I ended up going somewhere else who, yes, wasnt thrilled beyond belief to give me new tires (as expected), but wasnt as glum as Auto Tech.

I have never been anything but thrilled with my experience here. I brought my brand new car to them for my first oil change over 2 years ago and since then I have not taken it anywhere else. All of the employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. I have always been very impressed with the service Ive received and am quick to recommend Auto Tech Centers to others. I was treated with nothing less than respect and professionalism and continue to be extremely pleased each time I go back. When shopping for new tires, I was given multiple options and they explained all the benefits of each, but ultimately allowed me to make my own decision and didnt pressure me into anything. Highly recommended and A+++ business.

Thank you for all your great work on my sons car for a reasonable price. We had purchased a used vehicle for my son. After about two weeks, it didnt start. Towed it to Auto-Tech (recommended Whiteys Towing and they put it on my Auto-Tech bill). They looked it over, told us it was the battery and replaced the corroded connections as well. I let them know that the Heads Up display and Speedometer also wasnt working, as well as, a lot of loose wires from previous owner replacing engine himself (do-it-yourself guy). Auto Tech repaired everything and got it running with-in days for a really reasonable price. They were so kind and caring too. My son was really happy. I am definitely bringing any more work their way.

Will never go here again. Stopped in and requested an apt for oil change and tire rotation. The owner kept calling me sweetie and talking to me like a child. I came in for my apt a few days later and reminded them it was for an oil change and tire rotation. I get my car back an hour later and look at the receipt. Only got an oil change. Had to go back into the store and tell them for the third time I needed a tire rotation. Ended up waiting nearly 2 hours total. During this time, a woman who was clearly a regular came in without an apt and jokingly said she was more important the other customers there and chatted up the staff. She was in and out before myself or the other people with apts. Terrible service.

My experience with Auto Tech has been great. We have gone there for scheduled oil changes and car repairs as well as new tires for the past year or so. We have always had great and quick service and have recommended many of out friends and relatives who have also been impressed and happy with the service. I was especially impressed recently when I decided to go out of town at the last minute and needed an oil change before I went. They were happy to accommodate me and got the car in that day. I have found all of the employees whom I have encountered to be helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend it.

A refreshing change of pace, I took my Buick into this business and, not only did they take my car the very same day, but their service was very thorough and efficient. Unlike a lot of repair facilities, they didnt treat me with inferiority on the grounds that Im "just a woman." Friendly service that goes above and beyond, and reasonable prices equal more than a mere 5 star rating!

Excellent shop. My family has been going to the Crystal Lake Auto Tech for 20 some years and have experienced nothing but great service. Bob and the rest staff are very friendly and attentive. I know many people who go here and recommend every one who hasnt to give them a shot.

Called in and scheduled an oil change days in advance. I showed up on time and waited over and hour and a half... Completely unacceptable wait time for something as simple as an oil change given the that they scheduled me at that time

Needed to get car fixed sooner rather than later. They said they needed about an hour to see if they could get parts fast. They called me back before the hour was up and they could. Got the A/C fixed and it works great. Thank you!

Nothing against the business Goodyear itself, but there is an employee there named Arron Brock that owes me AND several others plenty money. Untrustworthy employee. When ones word is all that you have, you need to stick to it.

The guys are very straight forward and they have the best tire deal in town. They also match tire rack prices with lifetime rotate and Balence on 4 tires.
