I have now choosen this as my go to mechanic. I have been there 4 times and 2 out of the 4 times i didnt get charged for anything. Jesse is very understanding and goes through options of what is needed for the car and breaks down all the pricing. i bought tires from them back in March 2015. well i commute from Lake geneva to Kenosha for my job so there is plenty of wear and tear on this vehicle. well i ended up getting a flat because there was a giant piece of scrap metal that caused my tire to go flat. instead of them plugging it and sending me on my way they were completely honest and stated that since the hole was on the edge of the tire there is a chance it would not hold and go flat again. I could not afford to risk that so they squeezed me in the next morning, put a brand new tire on(at no charge), and i left happy. I also had them look at why my front end is rattling and jesse broke it down and printed out in detail what needs to be done and the pricing for that aswell. The are unbelievably kind and honest! i recommend EVERYONE!!! :)

Went there 3 times.First for brakes,no problem.Next oil change,no problem,Then I got new tires and the problem began.I just cleaned my head light covers 2 weeks prior to bringing it in.When I got my car back and looked at tires,I noticed my head light covers where weathered and cracked and scratched.Not same covers.Called manager and stopped, but he only got really pissed and denied anyone taking them Why so defensive if you did not do anything? Called cops and he believed me but without proof I was sunk.I am way too honest to try to get something for nothing and i am a strong believer in karma.I really am disappointed because I thought I finally found a good place..but not again. P.S...I have learned to take a vid of my car with phone before I take my car anywhere again.

I am a mom traveling with her two girls from Minnesota to Illinois and my low tire pressure light came on. Pulled off in Lake Geneva to look at the tire and discovered there was a huge nail embedded in the tire. Fortunately Auto Works Plus was right across the street, so we pulled in and they took care of us right away and plugged the tire. Within a short time we were back on the road again! Mechanic was very nice and so thankful they were able to take care of us. Great to know you can still rely on the kindness of strangers, make sure to give them your business!

Brian and staff are the best EVER! My husband and I had car troubles while traveling through the state of Wisconsin I tried every auto mechanic within a 30 mile radius none of which would help me. I was fortunate enough to find Autoworks Plus and Brian and staff went out of their way to help me with my car problem and get me back on the road. His prices are very reasonable and is customer service impeccable. There is no place better than Autoworks Plus in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. Thank you Guys! and Gal!

Poor service with a poor attitude. Asking the owner anything always seems as if youre bothering him. They also dont like come backs for their mistakes. They always seem to mess up with anything tire related. Ive had various issues, all tire related with this shop over the years. I dont know how they are with general automotive service, but I have never been happy with their service as a tire shop. Go to Mikes Auto Repair, or Wal-Mart in town, both do vastly better with tire related services.

This place has terrible service and expect to wait hours for things that should take only minutes at other service stations. The place is also one of the filthiest places I have ever seen. We highly do not recommend them for anything.

Not much from the outside as the Gold is inside! THese guys are nice, super- skilled& fast and efficient. They arent out to drain you of cash- they tell you how it is & fix, repair or move on.
