Beware of the promises that these people make you and quite frankly if you dare to go here I would record whatever they promise you on the phone because theyre very dishonest and will change their story when you arrive to get work done when it suits them. I called them about an hour ago and I told them my car was pulling to the left and likely needed an alignment. Explain that my son goes to school in the mornings and that I would need to bring it in around 1 oclock either today or tomorrow. Originally I said I would come Friday, but then he said he could do it in the afternoon today, but I would have to leave the car and they would get it in when they could before close at 7 PM Well at 1:30 PM when I got there, he then changes his story and tells me that I could leave it if I want and take an Uber back home since no one could drive me home, but he wont guarantee he will get to it today! Unbelievable ! So I should be without my car for almost 6 hours and they cannot even get to an alignment by the end of the day even though he told me that he would get to it if I would drop it off. And I could potentially not have a car in the morning to drive my son to school? No way. Im thinking that maybe a more lucrative job popped in right before me and he decided not to keep his promise to me. I even asked him if I returned tomorrow and left the car if you would get to it tomorrow before seven since I was going out of town the next morning and he said no guarantee even the next day.Its very unlikely I will ever return to this place.. they lack honesty, organization, and sufficient help to get work done.

These guys invent problems to get more money out of you. At 80,000 miles, I took my Prius in because it was rumbling in the front end, with lots of tire noise. Firestone told me that all 4 of my struts were shot, that my tires were cupped as a result, and that I needed 4 new struts and 4 new tires to fix the problem at an astronomical price. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion to find out that there was a flat spot on the front tires from an emergency stop, and that the struts were fine. I replaced the two front tires and the problem was solved. At 140,000 miles, I took the car to the local Toyota dealership for an oil change, and specifically asked them to check the struts for me. 60,000 miles after Firestone told me I absolutely needed 4 new struts, Toyota told me the struts are still completely fine. Dont bother with these guys. I wouldve spent money to fix a problem that didnt even exist if I had listened to them.

Purchased 3 sets of tires over the years and needed my tires rotated on Black Friday . Called The service manager George and he told me they were busy all weekend. I called back 5 minutes later as a new customer and asked if they could get me in Saturday for a new set of tires and was told no problem we can get you in a 3pm. Not only did he lie, its obvious all they care about is selling tires and making money instead of having to waste their precious time on a free rotation and post customer service. Greedy liars and unprofessional business practices. I would never go there again and not recommend them to anyone. Stay away, their shisters!!!

I used to go to Firestone only a couple of times, but then one day I took my car in for an oil change and then they told me I had an oil leak somewhere and asked if they could use their car oil dye to find out where the leak was. So of course I say sure. Took my car home and lifted the hood up to give this "leak" a little inspection myself. Just by my amateur eye I could easily tell this leak had nothing to do with my oil. It was my car steering fluid. I took my car in to another mechanic and he also agreed it was my steering fluid. Wasted a chunk of money on their "dye." Who knows how much more money I would have wasted.

They put my battery in and dint bolt it down so it tipped over and the acid did some damage to m y car. They denied it and refused to correct it
