BEWARE! This is the type of place that gives mechanics a bad reputation. They started off good...diagnosed a problem, quoted the work (high, but I was willing to pay for good service), but then as soon as they had the car in the garage they "discover" more work that needs to be done, and quoted $300 dollars for a part that is $49 on the internet. They told me they were giving me a deal and not even charging me for labor, which is when I realized that I was being lied to. Even the dealer quoted the same part for less than half this cost! After the trust was broken, I told them Id be picking up the car and would not be using their services, and I was told they would be charging me for 2 hours of labor (for taking off one tire!!). I told them to leave the tire off, I wanted to witness the two hours of labor I would be charged for, and they said they already put the tire back on (during my 10 minute phone call - how does that equal 2 hours of labor?). This place is bad news, and will take advantage of you. After taking it to a different mechanic for the same problem, I saved over $350. The mechanic who ended up doing the work even told me some of the services I was told I needed by GLP were not needed, and it was just a ploy to get more money!

Awesome experience! I had a break down while on vacation and GLP was able to get me in. What I loved was that they actually walked me through my options - they didnt tell me I needed the big dollar repair, although I could get it if I wanted - They were honest and told me a small, quick repair would get me on way. I would recommend this business.

all im going to say is watch out they like to price gouge and yes i consider when youre twice the price of the dealer price gouging.
