Im done, first off they are real pushy about sales, from the other reviews I see here Im not the only one. We ran into a real problem with them because I like to bring in my own oil and filters for oil changes, most places will take any coupon they offer and they dont have to use their oil and filter no problem, why wouldnt they right, after all they save a little money on the filter and oil they dont have to use. For over a year this Merlins did this without a problem, now all of a sudden its a big problem. It seems to be cause we have newer cars and we mostly come in for oil changes. When I tried to argue my point of their inconsistency and the fact that is cost them less to use supplies I bought previously they kept on telling me they are not a Jiffy Lube, as if this work of oil changes are far below them. Apparently if you have a newer car, come for mostly oil changes and do not take every one of their recommendations on service they want you to buy from them your not a good enough customer for them. The work is good hear, but expensive and I had enough of the pushy sales (Scott) and the headache of getting simple oil changes, forget it, Im done.

Con artists. My 60 y/o mother and father wanted brake rotors replaced on their Camry, and got an invoice for $700 when the shop didnt perform any real work (except cleaning the windows). Rotors werent changed, pads werent replaced. The drivier side window motor was damaged in the process and the management refused to pay for a replacement, they refused to help pull the window up as well. Shop here at your own risk.

Watch out - Tried to sell me brakes that I did not need: I went in for an Oil change before a vacation. They told me I need Brake Pads bad and there was only 10% left on the pads. I went and bought Brake Pads and when I went to replaced them they were in good shape. The was over 75% of the pads left and in good order. Watch yourself here they want to make $$ on you and sell you things you do not need.

Surprisingly aggressive staff. I dont know why the gentleman at the front desk acted the way he did but I did not appreciate his abrasive attitude. My mom had her brakes done there 7 months ago and I was told all 4 rotors would need to be replaced. I suspect they use low grade parts. I would suggest you go elsewhere for your car needs.

These guys are terrible. I have had multiple times where the have recommended brakes when they are no where near due. The service they have done is way overpriced by at least 30% compared to the place I go to now. If you know nothing about cars watch out they will try to sell you everything. Very very pushy do not trust!!!!!!
