Not only are the employees friendly but they go above and beyond. Im in my post office more than twice a week and 99% of the time get a smiley happy face. (Seriously who doesnt have a bad day?) I also have packages picked up at home often and today called to complain that my postmaster did not pick up my packages. The request I did online must not have gone through, as I did not receive a confirmation. I called and spoke to the delivery manager who happily said the order did not come through but would personally come pick up my packages. With a sick baby at home this is much appreciated. Rock stars!!

A few of my packages came in RIPPED open with that plastic sleeve saying "sorry for the inconvinience" and what not. There was nothing in the packages/envelopes that weighed it down, made it too heavy to rip it- or what not. My friend sent me very very small crystals and some tea, and when I went to check the envelope to see if they were in there THEY WERE GONE. Im very upset, he is too, I dont know who to call or what to do and Im at a loss here.

Well where to begin.... first of all the people in the office move very slow and can only process 1 thing in their mind at a time. I dont think they could even chew gum and scan something at the same time. Secondly, they are very rude to people even if you just say hi and smile. If there is another post office that you is on your way i say skip the one in Ingleside, for now anyway, until they choose to get some customer friendly employees.

Postmen seem to ignore the pink redeliver slips in the mailbox, they refuse to leave packages that are too big to fit at the door. A very big hassel for me as the office is already closed by the time I come home from work everyday. Ive never had this issue with other USPS post offices.

This post office has been great. After all of the run-around with RLB PO, this is a refreshing change. Always pleasant and for a small office it runs very well. Never a line for anything, either!
